المستخلص: تنقسم أبحاث التوحد الحالية إلى سبعة مجالات أساسية، كل منها يحاول الإجابة على سؤال حول هذا الاضطراب الذي يشوبه الكثير من الغموض ربما لعدم تحديد السبب الحقيقي له بشكل يقيني وربما لكثرة الكتابات والآراء حوله. وفي ضوء الأسئلة السبعة التي عرضتها لجنة التنسيق المشتركة بين الوكالات للتوحد التابعة لوزارة الصحة والخدمات الإنسانية الأمريكية، بالإضافة إلى أسئلة أخرى تتعلق بنواتج التعليم والتدريب والتدخلات المتعلقة بذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وأسرهم وذوي العلاقة بهذه التدخلات، ثم التوصل إلى أفضل الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة في هذا المجال، تستهدف هذه الدراسة مناقشة هذه المجالات وتلك الأسئلة المصاحبة لها كالتالي: 1.تشخيص التوحد المحتمل؛ ويجيب على سؤال: متى يجب على الآباء والمهنيين القلق بشأن تشخيص التوحد المحتمل؟ 2.العمليات البيولوجية التي تدخل في هذا الاضطراب؛ ويجيب على سؤال عن ماهية هذه العمليات؟ 3.عوامل خطر التوحد؛ ويجيب على سؤال ماهية عوامل الخطر هذه، وهل يمكن منع التوحد؟ 4.التعليم والتدخلات والعلاجات الواعدة لاضطراب طيف التوحد؛ ويجيب على سؤال عن ماهية أكثر هذه التدخلات الواعدة؟ وكيف تسهم التكنولوجيا في تطوير هذه التدخلات وإتاحتها وتيسير وصولها لكافة المستفيدين؟ 5.خدمات التوحد؛ ويجيب على سؤال عن: من الذي يقدم هذه الخدمات وما مدى فعالية هذه الخدمات وإمكانية الوصول إليها؟ 6.تعامل المجتمع مع ذوي اضطراب التوحد؛ ويجيب على سؤال عن: كيفية تعامل المجتمع مع هؤلاء طوال حياتهم، خاصة عندما يتعلق الأمر بالبالغين ذوي اضطراب التوحد؟ 7.البنية التحتية الحالية لاستيعاب ذوي اضطراب طيف بالتوحد؛ ويجيب على سؤال عن: ما التغييرات التي يجب إجراؤها على هذه البنية ومراقبتها لتحقيق استيعاب هؤلاء؟ 8.العلماء الرواد في مجال اضطراب التوحد؛ والممارسات القائمة على الأدلة؛ ويجيب على سؤال من هم العلماء والبحثين الرواد في هذا المجال؛ وما الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة التي يمكن أن يلجأ إليها الأخصائيون والمعلمون والمعالجون في برامج التدخل؟ 9.التوجهات المعاصرة في مجال اضطراب طيف التوحد؛ ويجيب على سؤال عن ماهية الاحتياجات البحثية المستقبلية في هذا المجال؟ وفيما يتعلق بهذه القضايا والاتجاهات الحديثة للبحث والدراسة فيها، يمكن الإجابة هذه الأسئلة بإيجاز، ما عدا الأسئلة المتعلقة بالتدخل والممارسات القائمة على جميع على الأدلة، وهي الموضوع الرئيس لهذه الدراسة التحليلية للدراسات السابقة فسيتم تناولها بالمزيد من التفاصيل في 3 محاور: الأول يركز على التدخلات والتعليم لذوي اضطراب التوحد بصفة عامة، والثاني يركز على التدخلات التكنولوجية لذوي اضطراب التوحد بصفة خاصة، والثالث يركز على الممارسات القائمة على الأدلة ونواتجها.

The current autism research is divided into seven basic areas, each of which attempts to answer a question about this disorder, which is tainted by a lot of ambiguity, perhaps because the true cause of it has not been identified with certainty, and perhaps due to the large number of writings and opinions about it. In light of the seven questions presented by the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Autism of the US Department of Health and Human Services, in addition to other questions related to education and training outcomes and interventions related to people with autism spectrum disorder and their families and those involved in these interventions, then arriving at the best evidence based practices in this field This study aims to discuss these areas and answer the accompanying questions as follows: 1-A possible autism diagnosis; It answers the question: When should parents and professionals worry about a possible autism diagnosis? 2-The biological processes involved in this disorder; It answers the question of what these processes are? 3-Autism risk factors; It answers the question of what these risk factors are, and can autism be prevented? 4-Education and promising interventions and treatments for autism spectrum disorder; It answers the question of what is the most promising of these interventions? How does technology contribute to developing these interventions, making them available and facilitating their access to all beneficiaries? 5-Autism Services; It answers a question about: Who provides these services, and how effective and accessible are these services? 6-Society's dealing with people with autism disorder; It answers the question: How does society deal with these people throughout their lives, especially when it comes to adults with autism? 7-Existing infrastructure to accommodate people with autism spectrum disorder; It answers the question: What changes must be made to this structure and monitored to achieve their assimilation? 8-Pioneering scientists in the field of autism; evidence-based practices; It answers the question of who are the pioneering scientists and researchers in this field; What evidence-based practices can professionals, educators and therapists use in intervention programmers? 9-Contemporary trends in the field of autism spectrum disorder; It answers a question about what are the future research needs in this field? With regard to these issues and recent trends of research and study in them, all these questions can be answered briefly, except for questions related to evidence-based intervention and practices, which is the main topic of this analytical study of previous studies. It will be addressed in more detail in 3 Topics: The first focuses on interventions and education For people with autism disorder in general, the second focuses on technological interventions for people with autism disorder in particular, and the third focuses on evidence-based practices and their outcomes.
