520 | |b The study aimed at proposing to ensure that education outcomes for deaf and hard of hearing persons are in line with the needs of the labor market, and the study also followed the descriptive survey approach, and the study population may be the study population of deaf and hard of hearing students who are in higher education programs, whether in universities or public institutions for technical training And their number is (600) male and female students. The study sample included students, university graduates, working and unemployed secondary students, and their number (176) individuals during the first semester of the year 1441-1442 AH. The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the challenges resulting from the lack of coordination between educational and employment agencies were multiple, as the most challenges related to training, support and dealing with the deaf and hard of hearing, and educational and higher education institutions have a major role in qualifying and coordinating employment for the deaf and hard of hearing and the Ministry HR; The study recommends attention to improving and developing educational outcomes for the deaf and hard of hearing in line with international standards and with the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. | ||
