المستخلص: نجاح العملية التعليمية يعتمد إلى حد كبير على أساليب التعليم والتعلم المتبعة، فيجب استخدام استراتيجيات تعلم حديثة ومتنوعة تزودنا بأفاق واسعة وجديدة تساعد المتعلمين على إثراء وتنمية معلوماتهم ومهاراتهم العقلية المختلفة وتدريبهم على أن يكونوا مبدعين قادرين على ارتياد آفاق الحداثة من خلال توفير مجال إيجابي يتفاعل فيه المتعلم مع المعلم لإنتاج كل ما هو جديد ومفيد، فاستراتيجية شكل البيت الدائري تعد إحدى الاستراتيجيات التي يمكن استخدامها لإثارة دافعية المتعلمين، فهي توفر بيئة تعليمية تساعد المتعلم أن يكون إيجابيا في جمع المعلومات وتنظيمها ومتابعتها وتقويمها أثناء عملية التعلم، بالإضافة إلى توظيفها في مواقف التعلم المختلفة وبالتالي تحقيق تعلم أفضل، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي، لمجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة على عينة من بين طالبات المرحلة الإعدادية عددها (60)، وتم إيجاد التجانس في متغيرات النمو وبعض المتغيرات البدنية ، وبعض المتغيرات المهارية، وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات، تفوق أفراد المجموعة التجريبية (البيت الدائري) على أفراد المجموعة الضابطة (الأسلوب التقليدي) في القياس البعدي ونسب التحسن وبقاء أثر التعلم في المتغيرات قيد البحث، وأشارت أهم التوصيات إلى ضرورة توجيه نظر المعلمين إلى الاهتمام بتفعيل الأنشطة والمواقف التدريسية التي تسهم في زيادة الحماس والدافعية للتعلم وتدريبهم على كيفية التدريس وفق الاستراتيجيات الحديثة وتشجيع المتعلمين على التعلم الذاتي، وكذلك استخدام البرنامج القائم على استراتيجية البيت الدائري كأحد الأساليب التدريسية الحديثة لتعلم وإتقان مهارات كرة السلة.

The success of the educational process depends to a large extent on the methods of teaching and learning followed. Modern and diverse learning strategies must be used that provide us with broad and new horizons that help learners to enrich and develop their information and various mental skills, and train them to be creative and capable of pioneering the horizons of modernity by providing a positive field in which the learner interacts. With the teacher to produce everything that is new and useful, the circular house strategy is one of the strategies that can be used to motivate learners, as it provides an educational environment that helps the learner to be positive in collecting, organizing, following up and evaluating information during the learning process, in addition to employing it in different learning situations and thus Achieving better learning, and the researcher used the experimental method, for two groups, one experimental and the other controlling a sample of (60) middle school students, and homogeneity was found in the growth variables, some physical variables, and some skill variables. circle) on the members of the control group (traditional method) in the dimensional measurement and percentages of A To improve and maintain the impact of learning in the variables under study, and the most important recommendations indicated the need to direct the teachers’ attention to the interest in activating teaching activities and attitudes that contribute to increasing enthusiasm and motivation for learning and training them on how to teach according to modern strategies and encouraging learners to self-learning, as well as using the program based on the home strategy.
