المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة بصورة رئيسية إلى الكشف عن مدي انتشار ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي في الرياضة وذلك عن طريق التعرف على أشكاله في الفئات العمرية المختلفة للبنين والبنات، وتحديد المتحرشين وأماكن التحرش وأثاره في المجتمع الرياضي، والتعرف على الفروق في ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي وفقا لبعض المتغيرات: النوع (ذكور -إناث)، نوع النشاط الرياضي (فردي جماعي)، طبيعة النشاط الرياضي (احتكاك بدني -بدون احتكاك بدني) وتبعا للنشاط الرياضي الممارس، معتمدا على المنهج الأنثروبولوجي، ومستخدما استمارة استبيان من إعداد الباحث، واختيرت العينة بطريقة عمدية متاحة لا يتطلب سحبها أن تكون ممثلة إحصائية للمجتمع وذلك لطبيعة الدراسة الاستكشافية وحساسية المشكلة البحثية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (٣١٣) لاعب ولاعبة يمارسون (١) نشاط تنافسي ملهم (122) ذكور و(١٨٩) إناث، وتراوحت أعمارهم من ما بين (٢٠ - ٣٥) سنة. وأظهرت النتائج انتشار ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي في المجتمع الرياحني المصري بدرجة متوسطة، ويتجه بفروق ونسب أكبر للبنات في عالم المراحل السنية، بينما الأولاد في المراحل العمرية الصغيرة (أقل من ١٠ سنوات، والتحرش اللفظي أحد أكثر أشكال التحرش الجنسي انتشارا يليه التحرش الجسدي ثم التحرش الكامل، وأن (اللاعبين واللاعبات) أكثر المتحرشين ويليهم المدرب ثم الإداري الرياضي، ويحدث التحرش الجنسي في معظم الأماكن سواء داخل النادي أو خارجه، وينشر التحرش الجنسي في معظم الأنشطة الرياضية وينسب أكبر في رياضة السباحة، وأثاره على الضحية تصل إلى تغيير النادي أو تعيير النشاط الرياضي وحتى الانسحاب من الرياضة، ونادرا ما يتم تقديم شكوى ضد المتحرش، وعدد تقديم شكوى نادرا ما يعاقب المتحرش، وغاليا يتم التعتيم على القضية.

The study aims mainly to reveal the extent of the phenomenon of sexual harassment in sports, by identifying its forms in the different age groups of boys and girls. And identifying the harassers and the places of harassment and its effects in the sports community and identifying the differences in the phenomenon of sexual harassment according to some variables: gender (male or female), the type of sports activity (individual or group), and the nature of the sports activity (physical contact or without physical contact) and according to the practiced sports activity, depending on the anthropological approach, and using the questionnaire form prepared by the researcher and the sample was chosen in an intentionally available way. Withdrawing it does not require that it is a statistically representative of the community due to the nature of the exploratory study and the sensitivity of the research problem, and the basic study sample consisted of (313) male and female players practicing (16) cultural activities, including (124) males and (189) females, and their ages ranged between (20- 35) Year . The results showed the spread of the phenomenon of sexual harassment in the Egyptian sports community in a moderate degree, and it tends to be greater in differences and percentages for girls in most of the age stages, while boys are in the young age stages (less than 10 years), and verbal harassment is one of the most widespread forms of sexual harassment, followed by physical harassment and then complete harassment. , And that (female & male players) are the most harassers, followed by the trainer and then the sports administrator, and sexual harassment occurs in most places, whether inside or outside the club, and sexual harassment is spread in most sports activities and with greater percentages in swimming sport, and its effects on the victim reach to club changing or changing the sporting activity and even Withdrawing from the sport , and rarely filing a complaint against the harasser, and when a complaint is filed, the harasser is rarely punished, and the case is often obscured.
