المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح للمدارس ذات التوجه البيئي ومدى تحقيقها لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة بمصر على ضوء خبرتي كندا وجنوب أفريقيا وذلك من خلال الاتي: 1-التعرف على الأسس النظرية لبرنامج المدرسة البيئية، ومدى تحقيقها لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة. 2-وصف واقع تحقيق برنامج المدرسة البيئية لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة في كل من كندا وجنوب أفريقيا وتحليلها. 3-تحديد أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين برامج المدارس البيئية في مدى تحقيقها لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة بكندا وجنوب أفريقيا في ضوء بعض العوامل الثقافية المؤثرة. 4-وضع تصور مقترح للتحول لبرنامج المدارس البيئية بما يحقق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة بمصر على ضوء خبرتي كندا وجنوب أفريقيا وبما يتفق مع ظروف المجتمع المصري. واستخدم البحث المنهج المقارن، وهو ومنهج يستخدم في مجالات الوصف والتفسير والتحليل والتنبؤ وفق حاجات الدراسة المقارنة، حيث تم التعرف على الأسس النظرية للمدارس البيئية ومتطلبات التنمية المستدامة، ووصف واقع المدارس البيئية في الخبرتين وتحليلها من أجل التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لمدرسة بيئية في مصر. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: التأكيد على أهمية برنامج المدارس البيئية، حيث يعد منهجا شاملا وتشاركيا للتعلم من أجل الاستدامة، ويهدف إلى إشراك التلاميذ من خلال الدراسة في الفصول الدراسية والهواء الطلق إلى زيادة الوعي بقضايا التنمية المستدامة، إلى جانب المشاركة في نشر الثقافة البيئية في المدارس؛ للمحافظة على الثروات الطبيعية، بالإضافة إلى ترشيد السلوك البيئي للتلاميذ حتى يشاركوا بدور فعال في حماية البيئة التي يعيشون فيها. وانتهى البحث بوضع تصور مقترح لمدرسة بيئية بمصر في ضوء الأدبيات النظرية للبحث، وخبرة المدارس البيئية في كندا وجنوب أفريقيا وذلك بما يتفق مع ظروف المجتمع المصري. وتكون التصور من: منطلقات التصور وأهدافه، ومحاور التصور ومتطلبات تنفيذه، ومعوقات التصور وسبل التغلب عليها.

The research aims at setting a prospect for Eco- Oriented schools and how far can it fulfill the requirements of sustainable development in Egypt in the light of the experiences of Canada and South Africa as follows: 1-Identifying the theatrical bases of Eco-school Program and the extent to which it fulfills the requirements of sustainable development. 2-Describing and analyzing the reality of Eco-school in fulfilling the requirement of sustainable development in Canada and South Africa. 3-Specifying aspects of similarities and differences between eco-schools Program and how far it fulfillments the requirements of sustainable development in Canada and South Africa in the Light of some Factors Cultural affecting. 4-Providing a prospect for the transformation to an Eco-schools Program that fulfills the requirements of sustainable development in Egypt in the light of the experiences of Canada and South Africa in accordance with the Egyptian society. The research uses the comparative method used in Fields of description, interpretation, analysis and prediction needed for comparative study. The theatrical bases of Eco-schools were identified in their relation to sustainable development. Besides, the reality of Eco-schools in Canada and South Africa were described and analyzed to provide a prospect of Eco- School in Egypt. The research concluded to a group of results and follows: assuring the significance of Eco- schools courses which are considered comprehensive and participative learning for sustainability. It aims at providing study in the open air so as toraise students' a ware ness of sustainable development issues in addition to spreading the ecological culture in schools to preserve the natural heritage and guiding the students' behavior in relation to protecting the environment in which they live. The research Concluded to setting a prospect for an Eco-school in Egypt in the light of literatures and the experiences of Canada and South Africa in accordance with the Egyptian Society. The prospect consists of principles and objectives, its axis, requirements and it problems and how the get over them.
