المستخلص: This research aims at designing a rehabilitative sporting massage program to rehabilitate shoulder injury of handball players through observing the effect of this proposed program on pain degree, range motion and muscle power on the research sample. The two researchers used an empirical method based on post and pre measurement technique which is suitable for this research. A sample of six handball players- registered in the Egyptian Handball Federation and aged between 02: 02 years old- was chosen on purpose. The sample players have a rotator cuff tear syndrome according to physiotherapists ‘diagnoses when they visited a medical sporting center in Nasr City, Egypt. The rehabilitative proposed program was designed in three stages: The 1st stage: This stage seeks to relieve pain and develop range motion in ten to fifteen days with 12 rehabilitative units on average. The 2nd stage: This stage aims at enhancing the entire muscle power by making use of a simple rubbing and vibration massage sessions in 2: 3 weeks with 15:12 rehabilitative unit on average. The 3rd stage: The goal in this stage is to reach to the normal state of the injured shoulder in 2:3 weeks with 12: 13 rehabilitative units on average. The most important recommendations are: 1-Being guided by the rehabilitative program which is carried out to treat a rotator cuff tear syndrome. 2-Paying more attention to training in an aqueous media as it has a positive effect in all different rehabilitative stages. 3-motion program through all rehabilitative stages since it has a positive impact in reducing and removing pain.
