المستخلص: تستهدف الدراسة الحالية تحديد درجة تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية، وتحديد مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي بجامعة دمنهور، والكشف عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ومستوى الإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الجامعية تبعا لمتغير الكلية (عملية/ نظرية)، والكشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الرشاقة الاستراتيجية ومستوى الإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الجامعية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان الرشاقة الاستراتيجية (من إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس الإبداع التنظيمي (من إعداد الباحث)، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة مقصودة تكونت من (٩٨) من القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة دمنهور. ولقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الجامعية (عميد الكلية - وكيل الكلية - رؤساء الأقسام) جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أن مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الجامعية (عميد الكلية - وكيل الكلية - رؤساء الأقسام) جاء بمستوى متوسط، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة تطبيق الرشاقة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الجامعية تبعا لمتغير الكلية (عملية/ نظرية)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الجامعية تبعا لمتغير الكلية (عملية/ نظرية)، ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠١) بين المجموع الكلى لأبعاد الرشاقة الاستراتيجية والمجموع الكلى لأبعاد الإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر بعض القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة دمنهور.

The current study aims to determine the degree of application of strategic agility, determine the level of organizational creativity at the University of Damanhour, and reveal the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of strategic agility and the level of organizational creativity from the point of view of some university leaders according to the college variable (process / theory), and to reveal the existence of a significant correlation Statistically between strategic agility and the level of organizational creativity from the point of view of some university leaders. The study used the qualitative method, and the study tools were the strategic agility questionnaire (prepared by the researcher), and the organizational creativity scale (prepared by the researcher), which was applied to an intended sample consisting of (98) academic leaders at Damanhour University. The results showed that the degree of application of strategic agility from the point of view of some university leaders (dean of the faculty - vice dean - heads of departments) came to a medium degree, and the level of organizational creativity from the point of view of some university leaders (dean of the faculty - vice dean - heads of departments) It came at an average level, and the results revealed the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of application of strategic agility from the point of view of some university leaders according to the college variable (process / theory), and the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of organizational creativity from the point of view of some university leaders according to the college variable (process/theoretical), and there is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.01) between the total sum of the dimensions of strategic agility and the total sum of the dimensions of organizational creativity from the point of view of some academic leaders at Damanhour University.
