|a يهدف البحث تحقيق الطموحات التنموية لدولة الكويت من منظور المدخل التنموي من خلال تعزيز ثقافة العمل الحر وتتلخص مشكلة البحث في التساؤل عن كيفية توظيف واستخدام البنية المعرفية لدى شباب الخريجين لتعزيز ثقافة العمل الحر واستبعاد المعوقات الثقافية التي تحول دون ذلك، وقد اتخذت الدراسة نوعا ومنهجا ملائما للدراسة حيث أن الدراسة تنتمي إلى الدراسات الوصفية والذي اتخذ من منهج دراسة الحالة أساسا للدراسة المنهجية، ومن أهم نتائج البحث تحقيق تدعيم البنية المعرفية من خلال برنامج التدخل المهني الذي استعان بمنهج دراسة الحالة.

|b The research aims to achieve the development aspirations of the State of Kuwait from the perspective of the development approach by promoting the culture of self-employment. The problem of the research is summarized in the question of how to employ and use the knowledge structure among young graduates to enhance the culture of self-employment and exclude the cultural obstacles that prevent this. The study took a type and method. The study is appropriate for the study as the study belongs to the descriptive studies, which took the case study method as the basis for the systematic study, and one of the most important results of the research is the achievement of strengthening the knowledge structure through the professional intervention program that used the case study method.
