|a استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل، والوقوف على واقع توفر أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل بجامعة دمنهور، ووضع تصور مقترح لآليات تطبيق أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل بجامعة دمنهور. واعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي (الأسلوب التحليلي - الأسلوب المسحي) وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة، كما تم إعداد استبانة للوقوف على واقع توفر أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل بجامعة دمنهور، وهي: (الثقافة الرقمية المتجددة - التدريب الرقمي المستمر - القيادة الرقمية المؤهلة - البيئة الرقمية الآمنة)، وذلك في ضوء آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس المشاركين في برنامج جامعة الطفل بجامعة دمنهور والبالغ عددهم (١٨) عضوا. وتوصلت الدراسة أن واقع توفر أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل بجامعة دمنهور في ضوء آراء أفراد العينة جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وهذا يشير إلى وجود صعوبات تحول دون توفر أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل بجامعة دمنهور، وكان ترتيبها تنازليا على النحو التالي: (الثقافة الرقمية المتجددة - التدريب الرقمي المستمر - القيادة الرقمية المؤهلة - البيئة الرقمية الآمنة). وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لآليات تطبيق أبعاد التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل في ضوء الإطار النظري للتمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل، وتحليل أبعاد ونماذج التمكين الرقمي الذكي لجامعة الطفل التي تناولتها الدراسة الحالية، وفى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه الدراسة الميدانية من نتائج."

|b The study aimed to identify the dimensions of smart digital empowerment for the University of the Child, to determine the reality of the availability of the dimensions of smart digital empowerment for the University of the Child at Damanhour University, and to develop a a suggested proposal for the mechanisms for implementing the dimensions of smart digital empowerment for the University of the Child at Damanhour University. In achieving its objectives, the study relied on the descriptive approach (analytical method - survey method) due to its relevance to the nature of the study, and a questionnaire was prepared to determine the reality of the availability of dimensions of smart digital empowerment for the children' s university at Damanhour University, namely: (Renewable Digital Culture - Continuous Digital Training - Qualified Digital Leadership - secure Digital Environment), in light of views of (18) faculty members participating in the Children's University Program at Damanhour University. The study found that the degree of availability of the dimensions of smart digital empowerment for the children' s university at Damanhour University in the light of the sample members opinions came to a medium degree, and this indicates that there are difficulties that prevent the availability of the smart digital empowerment of the children' s university at Damanhour University, which was arranged in descending order as follows: (Renewed digital culture - Continuous Digital Training - Qualified Digital Leadership - Secure Digital Environment). The study presented a suggested proposal of the mechanisms for applying the smart digital empowerment of the children' s university in the light of the theoretical framework of the smart digital empowerment of the children' s university, as well as in the light of the study of its dimensions and models, which was addressed in the current study, and in light of the results of the field study."
