المستخلص: "سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتطوير منظومة البحث العلمي التربوي بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية، واعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق استبانة لتعرف آراء أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية فيما يتعلق بجوانب القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات لمنظومة البحث العلمي التربوي بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية. وحرصت الدراسة على أن تكون العينة ممثلة للمجتمع الأصلي للدراسة، حيث أرسل الباحثان استبانة إلكترونية لجميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بالكلية والبالغ عددهم (١٢٣)، وبلغ عدد المستجيبين (٥٧) عضو هيئة تدريس وهيئة معاونة من مختلف الأقسام والرتب الأكاديمية بالكلية. كما استخدمت الدراسة الحالية أسلوب تحليل المحتوى، لمعرفة مدى ما حققته منظومة البحث العلمي التربوي بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية من مخرجات بحثية ترتبط بما حددته الخطة الاستراتيجية البحثية للكلية من أهداف، وتكونت عينة التحليل من رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه التي منحتها الكلية، والإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالأقسام المختلفة بالكلية في الفترة من ٢٠١٥/ ٢٠١٩. وخلصت الدراسة فيما يتعلق بآراء عينة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جوانب القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات لمنظومة البحث العلمي التربوي بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية إلى أن أهم جوانب القوة تمثلت في: تنوع التخصصات العلمية والبحثية بالكلية، حصول الكلية على مراكز متقدمة على مستوي الجامعة في تأليف مقررات دراسية كمتطلب أساسي للتخرج من الجامعة. ومن أهم جوانب الضعف: تناقص نسبة طلاب الماجستير من الوافدين، ومن أهم الفرص المتاحة: تنوع تخصصات الكلية بما يجعلها بيت خبرة ومركز استشاري محليا وإقليميا. ومن أهم التهديدات: النقص في الاعتمادات المالية المخصصة من الجامعة للبحث العلمي. كما خلصت الدراسة فيما يتعلق بنتائج تحليل الإحصاءات والرسائل العلمية والإنتاجات العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية إلي احتلال قسم أصول التربية المرتبة الأولي فيما يتعلق بإنتاجية أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ويحتل قسم المناهج المرتبة الأولي فيما يتعلق بإنتاجية الرسائل العلمية، وأكثر الأقسام العلمية بالكلية التزاما وارتباطا بأهداف استراتيجية التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار 2030، في الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس على الترتيب: قسم المناهج ثم قسم أصول التربية، وفيما يتعلق بالرسائل العلمية يمثل قسم المناهج المرتبة الأولي يليه قسم تكنولوجيا التعليم."

The current study sought to present a proposed vision for the development of the educational scientific research system at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education. To achieve its objectives, the study relied on the descriptive approach through the application of a questionnaire to know the opinions of the members of the sample of faculty members at the faulty of Graduate Studies of Education regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the educational scientific research system at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education. The study was keen that the sample be representative of the original community of the study, where the researchers sent an electronic questionnaire to all members of the faculty and the supporting staff in the faculty, who numbered (123), and the number of respondents was (57) members of the teaching staff and assistant staff from various departments and academic ranks in the faculty. The current study also used the content analysis method, to find out the extent to which the educational scientific research system at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education has achieved research outputs that are related to the objectives set by the faculty’s research strategic plan. The analysis sample consisted of master's and doctoral theses granted by the faculty, and the scientific productivity of faculty members in the various departments of the faculty in the period from 2015/2019. The study concluded with regard to the opinions of a sample of faculty members on the aspects of strength, weakness, opportunities and threats to the educational scientific research system at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education, that the most important aspects of strength were: the diversity of scientific and research specializations in the faculty, the faculty obtaining advanced positions at the university level in composing courses as a requirement essential for faculty graduation. Among the most important aspects of weakness: the decrease in the proportion of international masters and doctoral theses students. Among the most important opportunities available: the diversity of the college's specializations, making it a house of expertise and an advisory center locally and regionally. Among the most important threats: the lack of funds allocated by the university for scientific research. The study also concluded with regard to the results of the analysis of statistics, theses and the scientific productivity of the faculty members that the Department of Foundations of Education ranked first with regard to the productivity of the faculty members, and the Curriculum Department occupies the first rank with regard to the productivity of theses, and the most scientific departments in the faculty are committed and linked to the objectives of the education strategy. Higher and Scientific Research for Science, Technology and Innovation 2030, in the scientific productivity of faculty members, respectively: the Department of Curriculum and then the Department of Foundations of Education. With regard to scientific theses, the Department of Curriculum represents the first rank, followed by the Department of Educational Technology.
