المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أهم معوقات إثراء الثقافة الإسلامية لدى معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي وسبل مواجهتها، وتحقيقا لهدف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد على الإستبانة كأداة للبحث، طبقت على عينة عددها (١٥٠) من مديري مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الدقهلية. وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج منها: - أبرز المعوقات التي تعرقل سير عملية التثقيف الإسلامي لدى المعلمين هي كثرة الأعباء الأسرية والعائلية التي تواجه أغلب المعلمين، وضعف رواتب المعلمين مما يدفعهم للبحث عن أعمال إضافية، وتزايد أعباء المعلمين داخل منظومة العمل التعليمي، وشعور بعض المعلمين بضعف المكانة الاجتماعية لمهنة التعليم، وتهميش مادة التريبة الدينية الإسلامية في المدارس المصرية. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول "معوقات إثراء الثقافة الإسلامية لدى معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي" طبقا لمتغير (الإدارة التعليمية) حيث بلغ مستوى الدلالة (0.103)، ولمتغير (النوع) بلغ مستوى الدلالة (0.623) وهى قيمة غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) ٠ - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول "معوقات إثراء الثقافـة الإسلامية لدى معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي "طبقا لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة) حيث بلغ مستوى الدلالة (0.021)، وهى قيمة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) . وأوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات، منها: توعية أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي وخاصة معلمي التعليم الأساسي بأهمية دور الثقافة الإسلامية في نجاح سير العملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى إغناء المكتبات المدرسية بكافة أنواع كتب الثقافة الإسلامية وتشجيع المعلمين على قراءتها لتوسيع مداركهم الثقافية، وكذلك تقليل وتخفيف الأعباء والمهام الإدارية والتعليمية الملقاة على كاهل بعض المعلمين أثناء العمل الرسمي، وتوفير الدعم المادي والمعنوي لكافة المعلمين في جميع المراحل التعليمية، وضرورة تحسين أوضاعهم الحياتية والمعيشية.

The aim of the research is to reveal the most important obstacles to enriching Islamic culture among teachers of the first cycle of basic education and ways to confront, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a research tool, which was applied to a sample of (150) principals of the first cycle of basic education schools in Dakahlia Governorate. The research reached many results, including: • The most prominent obstacles that impede the progress of the Islamic education process among teachers are the large number of family and family burdens facing most teachers, the weak salaries of teachers, which pushes them to search for additional work, the increasing burdens of teachers within the educational work system, the feeling of some teachers of the weak social status of the teaching profession, and the marginalization of subject matter Islamic religious education in Egyptian schools. • There are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members about "obstacles to enriching Islamic culture among teachers of the first cycle of basic education" according to the variable (educational administration), where the significance level reached (0.103), and for the variable (type) the significance level (0.623), which is A non-statistically significant value at the level (0.05). • There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members about "obstacles to enriching Islamic culture among teachers of the first cycle of basic education" according to the variable (years of experience), where the significance level reached (0.021), which is a statistically significant value at the level (0.01). The research has many recommendations, including: educating members of the school community, especially teachers of basic education, about the importance of the role of Islamic culture in the success of the educational process, in addition to enriching school libraries with all kinds of Islamic culture books and encouraging teachers to read them to expand their cultural perceptions, as well as reducing and easing administrative burdens and tasks. And the educational responsibility entrusted to some teachers during official work, the provision of material and moral support to all teachers at all educational levels, and the necessity of improving their living and living conditions.
