المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور جمعيات رعاية الأيتام في تجويد حياتهم الاجتماعية من خلال رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030م، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) من العاملين بجمعيات رعاية الأيتام، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد جمعت بيانات الدراسة من خلال استبانة صممها الباحث مكونة من (20) فقرة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور جمعيات رعاية الأيتام يبرز في تعزيز اندماج اليتيم في المجتمع من خلال مشاركته الدورية في الأنشطة والفعاليات المجتمعية سواء داخل أو خارج الجمعية بهدف مساعدته على تغيير سلوكياته وتصرفاته من خلال احتكاكه بالآخرين، وضرورة تفعيل الجمعيات لشراكة المجتمعية مع القطاعات الحكومية والأهلية والخاصة بهدف توفير فرص اندماج ومشاركة لليتيم بصورة دورية لتنمية قدراته وتوظيف طاقاته التوظيف الأمثل. وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن تدريب الأيتام وتأهليه من خلال البرامج والمشاغل التدريبية المكثفة يؤدي إلى تعزيز ثقتهم بذاوتهم ومشاركتهم الفاعلة في المجتمع، وأن المواد الإعلامية المرئية تسهم إسهاما فعالا في تغيير قناعات الأيتام وتحسين الصورة الذهنية لديهم لاسيما في ظل لانتشار الهائل لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إنشاء مركز بحثي متخصص بتعزيز جودة الحياة الاجتماعية للأيتام، والتركيز على الإرشاد الجماعي، والفردي التربوي، والنفسي عند التعامل مع الأيتام، وكذلك إشراك الأيتام في صياغة المشكلات المجتمعية ودراستها واقتراح الحلول والتوصيات المناسبة لها. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إنشاء مراكز ومعاهد تدريبية متخصصة تعنى بتدريب الأيتام وتأهليهم اجتماعيا ليسهموا في تحقيق مضامين جودة الحياة برؤية المملكة العربية السعودية.

The current research paper aimed to explore the role played by Saudi Orphan care associations in improving the orphan's social life through the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The Purposive study sample consisted of (150) orphan care associations workers who were selected by the random sample method. A questionnaire of (20) items was prepared and designed by the researcher to collect data from the study. The results of the study showed that the role played by Saudi Orphan care associations can be highlighted in enhancing and promoting the inclusion of the orphan into the community through his/ her regular participation and contribution in community activities and events either inside or outside the intended Orphan Care Associations to help him/her change his/her behavior and conduct when he/she comes into contact with others as well as the necessity for activating the associations to build community partnership with the public sectors and the private sectors to provide the regular integration and includes provision for the orphan to develop their capabilities and optimize their capacity in the best way. The study also revealed that the training and rehabilitation of orphans through organizing intensive training programs and training workshops could lead to enhance the Orphans' self-esteem and build their confidence in themselves and ensure their active participation in their community. Fittingly, the visual media materials play an effective contributional role in changing the convictions of the orphans to create a positive mental image about themselves particularly in the era and current time of the massive spread of social media around the globe. The study recommended that it is necessary to establish a specialized research center to boost the quality of orphan's social life and confining on the group, individual counseling (psychotherapy) and pedagogical and psychological counseling and advising in regrading with the orphans. Furthermore, it is important to engage the orphans in framing, formulating, and studying the social problems as well as finding appropriate solutions and giving accurate recommendations to tackle such problems. Furthermore, the study recommended that it is necessary to establish well-specialized training centers and institutes concerned with the orphans' training and social rehabilitation to play a contributional role in the fulfillment and achievement of the quality of life in Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision.
