المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة فاعلية كلا من نمط الإبحار (الحر- الموجه) في استراتيجية مهام الويب، وفاعلية كلا من وجهة الضبط (الداخلي- الخارجي)، وأيضا أثر التفاعل بين نمط الإبحار (الحر-الموجه) ووجهة الضبط (الداخلي-الخارجي) على تنمية التحصيل والأداء المرتبط بتصميم وإنتاج البرامج الصوتية التعليمية ونشرها عبر الويب لدى أخصائي تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية جامعة الأزهر، تكونت عينة البحث من (60) أخصائي تم اختيارهم عشوائيا وتوزيعهم على أربعة مجموعات تجريبية بالتساوي، واستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي لدراسة هذا الأثر؛ وتوصلت النتائج إلى تفوق المجموعة التي درست بنمط الإبحار الموجه على باقي المجموعات، وتفوق المجموعة ذات وجهة الضبط الداخلي على باقي المجموعات، وتفوق المجموعة التي درست عن طريق التفاعل بين نمط الإبحار الموجه ووجهة الضبط الداخلي على باقي مجموعات البحث.

The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of both the (free guided) navigation pattern in the strategy of web tasks, the effectiveness of the (internal-external) control destinations, and the effectiveness of the interaction between the (free-oriented) navigation pattern and the (internal-external) control destination on the development of achievement and performance related to the design and production of educational audio programs and their publishing via the web to the educational technology specialist at the Faculty of Education, Al-Azhar University. The research sample consisted of (60) specialists who were randomly selected and distributed equally into four experimental groups. The researcher used the experimental method to study this effect and the results showed the superiority of the group that studied by the guided navigation style over the rest of the groups, the group with the internal control destination over the rest of the groups, and the group that studied through the interaction between the guided navigation pattern and the internal control destination over the rest of the research groups.
