المستخلص: "تعتبر الرياضة في هذا العصر أحد المقومات لأي مجتمع حضاري ومؤشر حقيقي لمدى تقدم الدول وتعتبر الرياضة المدرسية أحد أنماط الرياضة والنشاط البدني التي تتم في إطار المبنى المدرسي أو خارج إطار المبنى وتحت إشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم وتنقسم أنشطة الرياضة المدرسية إلى (نشاط داخلي - نشاط خارجي -درس -أنشطة كشفية). ويعني هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مشكلات الرياضة المدرسية في المراحل (الابتدائية، الإعدادية، الثانوية) في مدارس جمهورية مصر العربية من خلال تحليل المشكلات في الجوانب (النظام التعليمي، التلاميذ، مدرس التربية البدنية، الإمكانات داخل المدرسة، أولياء الأمور) واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبتها لطبيعة الدراسة وشمل مجتمع البحث على ثلاث عينات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومدرسي التربية الرياضية وموجهين التربية الرياضية في عدد (٩) محافظات مصرية وهي القاهرة الكبرى (القاهرة والجيزة والقليوبية) و(الغربية، المنوفية، الإسكندرية) و(سوهاج، أسيوط، أسوان). وشملت العينة على (٢٧٣) عضو هيئة تدريس ومدرس وموجه واستخدم الباحث الأسلوب الإحصائي المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة ومن أهم الاستنتاجات الخاصة بالبحث أعداد التلاميذ في الصف الواحد كبيرة وإدارة المدرسة غير مقتنعة بأهمية الرياضة المدرسية وعدم وجود ثقافة رياضية لدى التلاميذ وعدم وجود حافز تشجيعية لممارسة التلاميذ للأنشطة الرياضية وعزوف التلاميذ المشتركين بالأندية الرياضية أو المنتخبات عن المشاركة في الرياضة المدرسية وعدم توفر دورات صقل للمعلمين وضعف رواتب معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمدارس وقلة عدد معلمي التربية الرياضية المدرسة وضعف الثقافة الرياضية لدى أولياء الأمور عن أهمية الرياضة المدرسية وممارسة الأنشطة ومن أهم التوصيات: ضرورة وضع استراتيجية للنهوض بالرياضة المدرسية في جمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء ما تم حصرها من تلك المشكلات مع مراعاة الأبعاد التالية (البعد الاقتصادي، البعد الثقافي، البعد الاجتماعي، فلسفة الدولة نحو الرياضة)."

"Sports in this era is one of the components of any civilized society and a real indicator of the progress of countries. School sports is one of the types of sports and physical activity that takes place within the school building or outside the building framework and under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. School sports activities are divided into (indoor activity - external activity - Lesson - Scouting Activities). This research means to identify the problems of school sports in the stages (primary, preparatory, secondary) in the schools of the Arab Republic of Egypt by analyzing the problems in the aspects (educational system, students, physical education teacher, capabilities within the school, parents) and the researcher's use of the descriptive approach Due to its relevance to the nature of the study, the research community included three samples of faculty members, physical education teachers and physical education mentors in (9) Egyptian governorates, namely Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia), (Gharbia, Menoufia, Alexandria) and (Sohag, Assiut, Aswan). The sample included (273) faculty member, teacher and mentor. The researcher used the appropriate statistical method for the nature of the study. One of the most important conclusions of the research is that the number of students in one class is large, and the school administration is not convinced of the importance of school sports and the lack of a sports culture among students and the absence of an incentive for students to practice sports activities The reluctance of students participating in sports clubs or national teams to participate in school sports, the lack of refinement courses for teachers, the weak salaries of physical education teachers in schools, the small number of school physical education teachers, and the weak sports culture of parents about the importance of school sports and practicing activities. Among the most important recommendations: The need to develop a strategy for the advancement of sports School in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of those problems that have been identified, taking into account the following dimensions (the economic dimension, the cultural dimension, the social dimension, the state's philosophy towards sports)."
