يشهد العالم حدثا جللا يشكل خطرا على المسيرة التعليمية في العالم بأسره، وفي قطاع غزة بشكل خاص، حيث تسببت الجائحة بانقطاع الطلاب عن مقاعد الدراسة منذ مارس من العام ألفين وتسعة عشر، فتحول التعليم من التعلم الوجاهي إلى التعلم المعتمد على الإعلام الرقمي المتمثل في منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة من ماسنجر وواتساب وصفوف افتراضية وزوم ويوتيوب وغير ذلك من منصات تواصل اجتماعية مختلفة والتي تهدف إلى التواصل مع الطالب محور العملية التعليمية، ومن هنا جاء عنوان البحث الموسوم بـ [واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في قطاع غزة في ظل جائحة كورونا بين الواقع والمأمول "تجربة معلمة في الميدان"]. مشكلة الدراسة: بدأ قطاع غزة بالتركيز على التعليم الإلكتروني، ووضع الخطط والبرامج التي تهدف إلى استخدام التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية، وتدريب المعلمين وتأهيل فرق وكوادر تعليمية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات كإجراء للتعاطي مع جائحة كورونا، والتغلب على معوقات التعليم الوجاهي في ظل إغلاق المدارس، فتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في معوقات سير العملية التعليمية في قطاع غزة عبر منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا.
The world is witnessing a major event that poses a threat to the educational process in the entire world, and in the Gaza Strip in particular, where the pandemic has caused students to drop out of school since March of the year two thousand and nineteen, and education has shifted from face-to-face learning to learning based on digital media represented by communication platforms Various social media such as Messenger, WhatsApp, virtual classes, Zoom, YouTube, and other different social media platforms, which aim to communicate with the student at the center of the educational process, hence the title of the research tagged with [The Reality of E-Learning in the Gaza Strip in the Light of the Corona Pandemic between Reality and Aspirations “A Field Study” on the schools of the East Gaza District]”. Objectives of the study: The study aims to measure the opinions of those in charge of the educational process, and ways to enhance e-learning platforms to serve the educational process, and reduce the negative effects that accrue to the student, which raises concern in the educational process and disturbs the parents, which is represented in the increase in dropouts from the study, and the weakness of foundation among Lower level students, and many educational losses, which led to a lack of credibility and objectivity in the evaluation process. Study Approach: The research depends on the descriptive analytical approach to the results, and it depends on the questionnaire to measure the opinions of those in charge of the educational process in the East Gaza Education Directorate and the schools affiliated to the East Gaza Directorate.
