The present study aims to highlight on the nature of the relationship between knowledge management and sustainable development of human resources. In order to achieve these objectives and to test the study hypothesis, a field study was conducted at the (EIMS) Enterprise (Industrial Enterprise for Sanitary Materials) in "AIN DAFLA", the researchers developed a questionnaire to measure the study variables, which was distributed on a convenient sample of (30). And after the statistical analysis of data collected has been conducted through the use of the (SPSS), the most important results are: - There is a statistically significant impact at the level of (0.05) of knowledge management including its dimensions (knowledge generation and acquisition, knowledge storage, sharing knowledge, transfer and application of knowledge) on sustainable development of human resource in (EIMS) Enterprise. - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the degree of the study sample perception toward the Study variables according to their demographic characteristics.
