|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة استخدام الألواح الذكية في تدريس الرياضيات من وجهة نظر معلمي محافظة ميسان بالعراق، وإلى معرفة المعوقات التي تعترض هذا الاستخدام، وإلى معرفة إن كان جنسا وخبرة المعلم يلعب دورا في استخدام الألواح الذكية، وللإجابة عن الأسئلة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة درجة استخدام السبورات الذكية في تدريس الرياضيات للمرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر المعلمين لمحافظة ميسان، إذ تم الاعتماد على المراجع والأبحاث والدراسات الأكاديمية في بناء الإطار النظري، أما بالنسبة للدراسة الميدانية، فقد تم تصميم استبانة مؤلفة من 23 سؤال في محوري لدراسة واقع استخدام لوح وقدرة معلمي الرياضيات على التعامل مع هذه التقنية الجديدة والضرورية للنهضة بالعملية التعليمية وتم توزيعها على 100 معلم/ فبشكل عشوائي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير الجنس ودرجة استخدام السبورات الذكية في تدريس الرياضيات للمرحلة الابتدائية لجنس المعلمين، وهذا صحيح حيث لا علاقة بين جنس المدرس وخبرته في استخدام السبورات الذكية. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة ودرجة استخدام السبورات الذكية في تدريس الرياضيات للمرحلة الابتدائية لجنس المعلمين. كما استعرض البحث درجة التطبيق وصعوباته، وتكمن أهمية البحث، في قلة الأبحاث العربية عموما والعراقية تحديدا في ما يخص درجات استخدام الألواح الذكية في التعليم، كما أنه ينوه للبنية التحتية التي يتوجب امتلاكها لإطلاق تعليم متكامل.

|b This study aimed to identify the degree of using smart panels in teaching mathematics from the point of view of teachers in Maysan Governorate in Iraq, to know the obstacles that obstruct this use, and to know whether the teacher’s gender or experience plays a role in the use of smart panels. Descriptive and analytical study of the degree of using smart boards in teaching mathematics for the elementary stage from the teachers' point of view in Maysan Governorate, as references, research and academic studies were relied on in building the theoretical framework, as for the field study, a questionnaire consisting of 23 questions was designed in two axes to study the reality of using Board and the ability of mathematics teachers to deal with this new and necessary technology for the renaissance of the educational process. It was distributed to 100 teachers randomly. The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the gender variable and the degree of using smart blackboards in teaching mathematics at the elementary level to the gender of teachers, and this is true as there is no relationship between the teacher’s gender and his experience in using smart boards. There are no statistically significant differences between the variable of the number of years of experience and the degree of use of smart boards in teaching mathematics for the elementary stage for the gender of teachers. The research also reviewed the degree of application and its difficulties, and the importance of the research lies in the lack of Arab research in general and Iraqi specifically regarding the degrees of using smart panels in education, as it indicates the infrastructure that must be possessed to launch an integrated education.
