المستخلص: The fall in the price of oil has weakened the Algerian economy. The development of a productive and efficient economy excluding hydrocarbons through judicious diversification is essential. Building a more diversified economy that is less dependent on the performance of the hydrocarbon production and export sector alone is essential. Economic diversification is also the only way open to face the challenges. Algeria must quickly engage in one of the decisive battles; that of moving to a non-rentier and diversified productive economy. The main objective of our article is to highlight the fundamental measures that must be adopted by the state to succeed in the emergence and economic diversification in Algeria.

La baisse du prix du pétrole a fragilisé l’économie algérienne. Le développement d’une économie productive et efficace hors hydrocarbures par une diversification judicieuse s’avère indispensable. La construction d’une économie plus diversifiée et moins dépendantes des performances du seul secteur de la production et des exportations d’hydrocarbures est primordiale. La diversification économique est également la seule voie ouverte pour faire face aux défis. L’Algérie doit engager rapidement une des batailles décisives ; celle donc de passer à une économie productive non rentière et diversifiée. L’objectif principal de notre article est de mettre en exergue les mesures fondamentales qui doivent être adoptées par l’état pour réussir l’émergence et la diversification économique en Algérie.
