المستخلص: Current research seeks to determine the impact of soft practices of total quality management as an independent variable across its dimensions (senior management support, customer focus, training and learning, supplier relationship, continuous improvement) on individual readiness for change as a dependent variable across its dimensions (management support, self-efficacy, suitability, Personal benefit) by mediating the quality of work life in its dimensions (physical work environment, occupational stress, career growth and development, social support, compensation and rewards, job characteristics), in the Maysan Oil Company, where the number of employees in the company is (833) employees of various specialties. As for the research sample, it included (292) individuals working in the company, and for the purpose of achieving the goal of the research, a questionnaire was adopted to collect data related to the research variables, and the descriptive analytical approach, and it was adopted in the research and the results were reached using a statistical program such as (SPSS.V.24). The (Amos.V.24) program found data analysis to reach conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a correlation and impact relationship between the soft practices of total quality management on individual readiness for change through the mediating role of Quality of work life.
