المستخلص: مشكلة البحث: اتضحت مشكلة من خلال الاطلاع على البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدب الإداري، التي أجريت في مجال الإدارة المدرسية، وكذلك المؤتمرات والندوات التي عقدت، حول رياض الأطفال وإدارتها. أهمية البحث: وتأتي أهمية البحث كون التدريب أصبح هو النشاط الذي توليه المؤسسة التربوية، اهتماما كبيرا لأنه يهدف إلى تنمية قدرات العاملين في العمل. هدف البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني لمديرات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة. حدود البحث: يتحدد البحث الحالي على معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية في محافظة بغداد بالمديريات الست، التابعة لها في جانبي الكرخ (1، 2، 3) والرصافة (1، 2، 3) للعام الدراسي (2015- 2016). إجراءات البحث: مجتمع البحث: يتكون مجتمع البحث من مديرات رياض الأطفال الحكومية في محافظة بغداد، والبالغ عددهن (1511) مديرة موزعات على المديريات العامة للتربية في جانبي الكرخ والرصافة. عينة البحث: تكونت عينة البحث من (400) معلمة وبنسبة (26.27%) من أفراد مجتمع البحث. أداة البحث: استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، تم الاعتماد على المعالجات الإحصائية من خلال الاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) وتضمن، مربع كاي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وألفاكرونباخ والوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي). الاستنتاجات 1- يتضح من خلال النتائج بأن هناك حاجة للبرامج التدريبية لمديرات رياض الأطفال، وجاءت بصورة كبيرة وذلك لتطوير أدائهن المهني. 2- أن الفئة الكثيرة من مديرات رياض الأطفال لم يسبق لها الدخول في برامج تدريبية التوصيات: 1- تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، الحالي الذي توصل إليه الباحث من خلال مؤشرات واضحه وأولويات، تشمل أهداف ومفاهيم تقدم لمديرات رياض الأطفال. المقترحات: 1- تقويم أداء مديرات رياض الأطفال في ضوء أدائهن المهني ومقارنته بنتائج الدراسة الحالية 2- بناء برنامج تدريبي لمديرات رياض الأطفال في ضوء إدارة التمكين الإداري.

The research problem The problem revealed by review some research and previous studies and management literature, that taken school management, also the hold conferees about kindergartens and its management, he importance of Research The importance of this research that training become the activity that hold by educational institution, high importance because it aim to develop the emplyees ability in performance, Aims of the study The study aims to:A suggested Training program to develop the kindergartens in the viewpoint of kindergartens teachers. The limitation of study The current study identified by governorates of kindergartens in Baghdad with six governorate, that related to Al-Karkh (1,2,3) and AL-Risafah (1,2,3) in year (2015-2016). The methodology methods, retest and Alpha-Cronbach coefficient as methodology. Statical methods: depended on static processors by assistance with static program (SPSS) that include Pi square, Baryson coefficient correlation, Alpha- Cronbach, probable medium and percentage weight). The training program has been constructed according general targets reaches (10) targets, and provide (32) targets, while the number of training subjects reaches (15) training subjects include (90) individuals that fulfill whole training requirements that specified all kindergartens governorates. Conclusions 1- The results reveals that there is a need to training programs for kindergartens governorates as significant and importance matters to develop their profession performance. 2- The big category of educational leadership (represented by kindergartens governorates) never accessed to training programs to approve the profession to manage the kindergartens. Recommendations 1. The current suggested application training programs that researcher concludes according the clear indications and its preferences that include the aims and concepts presented to kindergartens governorates through training programs. 2. Provide the suitable arrangement circumstance for profession with training programs and academies with all aspects either in subjective or meaningful matter. Suggestions 1. Proceed a similar study on other variables according to (profession –duration – service). 2. Evaluate the performance of kindergartens governorates in the light of their management performance and compare the results with the current study.
