المستخلص: The claim of wife's furniture have taken special importance at Iraqi family. because the ownership of the wife's furniture is considered a very important issue, this is of course what has been said by legislator judge and lawyer as well as the wife and husband. The case also placed certain debate among individuals who work in the law field. The current habit in Iraq allows the husband to prepare the legislated house for his wife. After the formal marriage has taken place, the wife has become the owner of the furniture. The civilian judge has the active role in administering the claim positively in order to fulfill fair and urgent sentences. Also the court has the estimated authority in this field because the issue is related to the aspects of ensuring the furniture claim.
