المستخلص: Adopting a personalization strategy in information systems can be seen as beneficial, but personalization also carries moral and social disadvantages. Like many other technologies, the privatization strategy was quickly adopted, but without sufficient attention to its effects. This strategy adopted in e-learning systems has both harmful and beneficial results, but its effects are not known enough. Indeed, this strategy appears in many information systems; Hence, it may have risks on several levels. Among the ethical and social risks of this strategy is the abandonment of privacy, the inability to control, and the diminution of individual capacity. Hence the need to find solutions and further research and debate such issues.
