المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الحوكمة الإدارية بكلية التربية جامعة مصراته من خلال ثلاثة محاور هي (الشفافية الإدارية، المشاركة الإدارية، المساءلة الإدارية)؟ وتمثل مجتمع البحث في جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس القارين بكلية التربية جامعة مصراته والبالغ عددهم (155) عضو هيئة تدريس، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحثان الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وهي مكونة من ثلاثة محاور، تحتوي في مجملها على (21) عبارة، وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها (37) عضو هيئة تدريس، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي توصل الباحثان إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1-أظهرت نتائج البحث درجة تحقق متوسطة فيما يتعلق بمحور الشفافية الإدارية، ومدى الإفصاح عن اللوائح والنظم المعمول بها في الكلية والوضوح في تطبيقها، وشفافية المعايير المطبقة في اختيار المناصب القيادية والإدارية بالكلية. 2-أظهرت نتائج البحث درجة تحقق متوسطة فيما يتعلق بمحور المشاركة الإدارية، ومدى اهتمام إدارة الكلية باتباع مبدأ الشورى وأخذ آراء المعنيين عند اتخاذ القرارات، كذلك فيما يتعلق بدرجة المشاركة في تعديل القرارات وتقييمها. 3-أظهرت نتائج البحث درجة تحقق متوسطة فيما يتعلق بمحور المساءلة الإدارية وشمولها لجميع أقسام ووحدات الكلية، ومدى توافر ووضوح معايير المساءلة والمحاسبة سواء ما يخص الهيئة التدريسية أو الهيئة الإدارية بالكلية.

The objective of the research is to identify the reality of governance in the Faculty of Education, Misurata University, (Administrative transparen administrative participation administrative, accountability)? The research community in all the faculty members of the Faculty of Education at the University of Misurata (155) member of the teaching staff To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the questionnaire as a data collection tool, and based on the analytical descriptive approach the researchers reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- The results of the research showed a medium degree of achievement with respect to the administrative transparency axis, the disclosure of the rules and regulations in the college and the clarity of their application, and the transparency of the criteria applied in selecting the leadership and administrative positions in the college. 2- The results of the research showed a medium degree of achievement in terms of the axis of administrative participation, and the extent of interest of the College management to follow the principle of consultation and take the views of the concerned when making decisions, as well as with respect to the degree of participation in the amendment and evaluation of decisions. 3- The results of the research showed a medium degree of achievement with regard to the axis of administrative accountability and its coverage of all departments and units of the college, and the availability and clarity of standards of accountability and accountability, both for faculty and administrative body faculty.
