|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الواقع الراهن لأنشطة التشارك بالمعرفة وتبادل المعلومات بين الطلاب وأهم العوائق التي تعرقل عملية التشارك بالمعرفة في عدد من كليات جامعة ماردين في تركيا التي تعتمد اللغة العربية لغة التدريس لكامل مقرراتها. وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذا البحث، حيث تم تصميم استبانة بالاستناد إلى دراسات سابقة في هذا المجال تغطي فقراتها اتجاهات الطلاب المستجيبين حول عملية التشارك بالمعرفة، وتم توزيعها على(235) طالب، وأظهرت النتائج أن هدف معظم الطلاب من التشارك بالمعرفة هو توضيح قضايا الامتحان ومناقشتها، وتبين أن الطلاب يميلون لتبادل معارفهم وجهاً لوجه بصورة مرتفعة، أما بالنسبة لاتجاه طلاب الجامعة فإن معظمهم يدرك قيمة المعرفة وفائدة مشاركتها واعتبروا أن ذلك يساعد في تحسين عملية التعليم، حيث يشجع معظمهم عملية التشارك بالمعرفة ويعتبرها جيدة. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها المساهمة في تحسين عملية تشارك المعرفة وتقاسمها بين الطلاب في المؤسسة الجامعية.
|b The research aims to identify the current reality of the activities of sharing knowledge and exchange of information between students and the most important obstacles that hinder the process of sharing knowledge, in a number of colleges of the University of Mardin in Turkey, which adopts Arabic language teaching language for the entire course. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted in this research. A questionnaire was designed based on previous studies in this field. The subjects covered the attitudes of the students who responded to the knowledge sharing process and distributed to 235 students. The results showed that the goal of most students to share knowledge is to clarify issues The majority of students are aware of the value of knowledge and the usefulness of their participation and consider it to help improve the learning process, where most of them are encouraged to share knowledge and consider it good. The study also presented a set of recommendations that would contribute to improving the process of sharing and sharing knowledge among students in the university.
