المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر عملية التعلم عن بعد في توصيل المعارف لطلبة البكالوريوس في جامعة تبوك من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطبقت استبانة الدراسة التي تكونت من 3 محاور ضمت 34 فقرة، على عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها 37 عضوا وعضوة هيئة تدريس، في كلية الشريعة والأنظمة في جامعة تبوك خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الجامعي 2020/2021، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن محوري جاهزية كلية الشريعة والأنظمة في جامعة تبوك لعملية التعلم عن بعد، ومستوى تفاعل الطلبة مع عملية التعلم عن بعد قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، في حين جاء محور تقييم أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية الشريعة والأنظمة في جامعة تبوك لعملية التعلم عن بعد بدرجة متوسطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في مستوى فاعلية التعلم عن بعد في كلية الشريعة والأنظمة في جامعة تبوك تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في مستوى فاعلية التعلم عن بعد في كلية الشريعة والأنظمة في جامعة تبوك، تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل في جامعة تبوك، وفي ظل النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، تمت التوصية بنشر الثقافة الإلكترونية بين الطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لتحقيق أكبر قدر من التفاعل مع التعلم عن بعد.

"The study aimed at identifying the effect of E-learning in delivering the knowledge to undergraduate students at the University of Tabuk from the faculty member’s perspective. To achieve this goal, the descriptive-analytical approach was used, the study’s questionnaire, which consisted of 3 axes and included 34 paragraphs, was applied to a random sample consisted of 37 faculty members at the College of Sharia and Regulations during the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021. The study revealed that the readiness of the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk for the E-learning process, and the level of students’ interaction in the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk with E-learning process came to a high average, while the focus of the evaluation of faculty members at the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk for E-learning process came with a medium average. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the level of E learning effectiveness in the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk, and on the dimensions of the study due to the gender variable, in favor of females, while there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) in the level of E-learning effectiveness at the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk, and on the same dimensions attributed to the variable years of work at the University of Tabuk. In light of the results obtained, a set of recommendations were proposed, including the dissemination of electronic culture among students and faculty members to achieve the greatest degree of interaction with E-learning."
