|a تعتبر المناهج التعليمية المطبقة قبل إصلاحات (2003م- 2004م)، والتي يعود تصميم أهدافها، وتحديد محتوياتها إلى عقود خلت، أنها لا تواكب التغيرات الحاصلة في المجتمع الجزائري، والذي أحدثته التقنيات الحديثة في الإعلام والاتصال، وفي مجال علوم التربية؛ وعليه أضحى تغيير المناهج وتحديث محتوياتها أمرا يفرض نفسه بقوة، وهذا انطلاقا من أسس ومعايير فلسفية، وثقافية، واجتماعية، ونفسية، كما تسعى بدورها إلى تحديث طرائقها التعليمية، وهذا بتثمين نتائج الدراسات الفلسفية واللسانية، ونظريات التعلم الحديثة، والتي شهدت انطلاقة مذهلة في منتصف القرن الفائت، وحققت إنجازات تبناها التعليم في بلدان غربية عديدة كبلجيكا وكندا وفرنسا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
|b The teaching methods applied before the reforms (2003-2004), the objectives and contents of which were determined decades ago, could not keep pace with the changes underway in Algerian society, invented by the modern technologies in media and communication, and in the field of educational sciences. Thus, changing the programs and modernizing their content has become a question that is strongly imposed, and this is based on philosophical, cultural, social and psychological foundations and standards, and it also seeks in turn to modernize its educational methods, and it is by valuing the results of philosophical and linguistic studies, and modern theories of learning, which got off to an astonishing start in the middle of the past century, the achievements have been adopted by education in many Western countries as Belgium, Canada, France and the United States of America.
