المستخلص: مع الانتشار السريع لتفشي فيروس كورونا هناك العديد من التحديات التي تواجهنا لحماية الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم، وحتى نستطيع تقديم استراتيجيات فعالة ومرنة لحماية ودعم الأطفال ذوو الإعاقة علينا الوصول إلى مجموعة من البيانات العلمية حول تأثير انتشار فيروس كورونا على الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم، ومعرفة الفئة الأكثر عرضة للخطر حتى نتمكن من وضع استراتيجيات التدخل، ومراقبة فعالية هذه الاستراتيجيات. وهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على المشكلات الشائعة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد، ومعرفة إلى أي مدى تختلف هذه المشكلات باختلاف نوع الإعاقة. والتعرف على اتجاهات أباء الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة نحو بدائل التعليم التقليدي (التعليم المنزلي، واستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والتعلم عن بعد عبر الإنترنت). والصعوبات التي تمنع وصول بعض الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من الاستفادة من تقنيات التعلم عن بعد من وجهة نظر الآباء. وعمل البحث على وضع استراتيجية لتوظيف تقنيات التعليم/ التدريب عن بعد لمساعدة الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم على تخطي الآثار المترتبة على جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد أو غيره من حالات الطوارئ المستقبلية، ومناقشة البدائل المتاحة لتعليم وتدريب الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من غير القادرين على الاستفادة من تقنيات التعليم والتدريب عن بعد، ومعرفة التدابير الواجب توافرها للتخطيط لسيناريوهات تجنب الطوارئ المستقبلية لذوي الإعاقة. تم تصميم مقياس (المشكلات الشائعة لدى لأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد COVlD-l9)، وتم تطبيقه على (١٥٠) من آباء الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات المختلفة (اضطراب طيف التوحد- الإعاقة العقلية- حالات الشلل الدماغي المصحوبة بإعاقة عقلية- الإعاقة الحركية- صعوبات التعلم- الإعاقة السمعية- الإعاقة البصرية) أظهرت نتائج البحث الحالي: أن هناك مشكلات صحية، ومشكلات اجتماعية/ اقتصادية ومشكلات خاصة بالإعاقة فضلا عن مشكلات القلق شائعة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم خلال جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد. واختلفت هذه المشكلات الشائعة باختلاف نوع الإعاقة. وكانت اتجاهات الآباء نحو التعليم المنزلي لأطفالهم من ذوي الإعاقة في اتجاه الرفض، كما كانت اتجاهاتهم نحو قدرة الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة على التعامل مع وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتعليم عن بعد في اتجاه عدم القدرة. كما كان هناك العديد من صعوبات التعليم عن بعد عبر الإنترنت لدى فئات ذوي الإعاقات المختلفة من وجهة نظر الآباء، واختلفت هذه الصعوبات تبعا لطبيعة الإعاقة وأوجه القصور المصاحبة. وخرج البحث بمجموعة كبيرة من التوصيات البحثية والمهنية والحقوقية.

With the rapid spread of the Corona virus outbreak, there are many challenges that face us to protect children with disabilities and their families, and so that we can provide effective and flexible strategies to protect and support children with disabilities. We must access a set of scientific data on the impact of the spread of the Corona virus on children with disabilities and their families, Know the most Vulnerable so that we can devise intervention strategies, and monitor the effectiveness of these strategies. The aim of the current research is to Identify the common problems of children with disabilities and their families in light of the emerging corona virus pandemic (COVID-19), know to what extent these problems differ according to the type of disability; Identify the attitudes of parents of children with disabilities towards alternatives to traditional education (home education, the use of social media, and distance learning via the Internet); Identify the difficulties that prevent the access of some children with disabilities from benefiting from distance learning techniques from the point of view of parents; Developing a strategy to employ the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to help children with disabilities and their families to overcome the consequences of the emerging corona virus pandemic or other future emergencies; Discussing alternatives available to educate and train children with disabilities who are unable to benefit from distance education and training techniques; Knowing the measures that must be available to plan scenarios to avoid future emergencies for people with disabilities. The scale of (common problems for children with disabilities and their families in light of the emerging corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic) was designed and applied to (150) parents of children with different disabilities The results of the current search showed: there are health problems, social economic problems and disability-specific problems as well as anxiety problems common to children with disabilities and their families during the novel coronavirus pandemic; these common problems differ according to the type of disability; parents' attitudes towards homeschooling their children with disabilities towards rejection, their attitudes towards the ability of children with disabilities to deal with social media and distance education were in the direction of inability ; there are many difficulties of distance education via the Internet for different groups of people with disabilities from the point of view of parents and these difficulties differed according to the nature of the disability and the associated deficiencies. The research came out with a wide range of research, professional and legal recommendations.
