المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على كيفية تطوير نظام إعداد مدير المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت على ضوء مدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية وبعض النماذج العالمية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على أهم ملامح المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، والتعرف على أهم النماذج العالمية في مجال إعداد مدير المدرسة الابتدائية في الوقت الحاضر، والكشف عن أهم محددات نظام إعداد مدير المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، والوقوف على أهم الأسس النظرية لمدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية، وتحديد أهم الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير نظام إعداد مدير المدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت على ضوء مدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية وبعض النماذج العالمية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حتى يحقق أهدافه العلمية ويجيب عن تساؤلاته البحثية، وكان من أبرز نتائجه أن مدخل الريادة الاستراتيجية يؤكد على تحسين نوعية التعليم بالمدرسة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت من خلال تلمس المشكلات وإيجاد حلول علمية لها مع تحقيق الاستثمار الأمثل للموارد المتاحة وإيجاد التعاون المثمر بين جميع عناصر العملية التعليمية بالمدرسة، وكذلك يهتم بحسن استغلال خبرات المعلمين وأفراد الجهاز الإداري من خلال تنمية قنوات الاتصال بين الطرفين لصالح أهداف المدرسة، بالإضافة إلى أنه يساعد المؤسسة على وضع تصور لمستقبل المدرسة من خلال الكشف عن واقع المدرسة الابتدائية وإمكاناتها المتاحة، وتأتي النماذج العالمية في هذا الإطار لتضع معايير موضوعية لاختيار مدير المدرسة الابتدائية مع عقد دورات تدريبية لتأهيله حتى يمارس عمله بنجاح.

The current research aimed to identify how to develop a system for preparing the primary school principal in the State of Kuwait in light of the entrance to strategic leadership and some global models, through identifying the most important features of the elementary school in the State of Kuwait, and identifying the most important international models in the field of preparing the primary school principal at the present time, And revealing the most important determinants of the primary school principal preparation system in the State of Kuwait, identifying the most important theoretical foundations for the strategic leadership entrance, and identifying the most important proposed measures to develop the system for preparing the primary school principal in the State of Kuwait in light of the strategic leadership entrance and some global models, and the research used the descriptive approach in order to achieve its scientific goals He answers his research questions, and one of his most prominent results was that the strategic leadership approach emphasizes improving the quality of education in the elementary school in the State of Kuwait by touching problems and finding scientific solutions to them while achieving the optimal investment of available resources and creating fruitful cooperation between all elements of the educational process in the school, as well as being concerned with making good use of The experiences of teachers and members of the administrative apparatus through the development of communication channels The two parties are in favor of the school's goals, in addition to helping the institution to envision the future of the school by revealing the reality of the elementary school and its available capabilities, and global models come in this framework to set objective criteria for choosing the primary school principal with training courses to qualify him in order to successfully practice his work.
