المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع الأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة في عملية التأهيل المهني لذوي الإعاقة الحركية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مراكز التأهيل لذوي الإعاقة في إقليم الوسط تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم اختيار (250) فرد من المستفيدين من هذه المراكز باستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية وتم استخدام مقياس تقييم خدمات التأهيل المهني لذوي الإعاقة الحركية، وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن خدمات التأهيل المهني المقدم لذوي الإعاقة الحركية في مراكز التأهيل المهني في إقليم الوسط من وجهة نظر المستفيدين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية لواقع الأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة في عملية التأهيل المهني لذوي الإعاقة الحركية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مراكز التأهيل لذوي الإعاقة في إقليم الوسط تعزى لمتغير المحافظة، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية لواقع الأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة في عملية التأهيل المهني لذوي الإعاقة الحركية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مراكز التأهيل لذوي الإعاقة في إقليم الوسط تعزى لمتغير نوع المركز، كما لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع الأبعاد (هيكل مباني مراكز التأهيل المهني والبنية التحتية، برامج مراكز التأهيل المهني، خدمات التقييم والتشخيص، الكوادر والأجهزة العاملة في المركز، الأجهزة والمعدات) تبعا لمتغير الجنس، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع الأبعاد (هيكل مباني مراكز التأهيل المهني والبنية التحتية، برامج مراكز التأهيل المهني، خدمات التقييم والتشخيص، الكوادر والأجهزة العاملة في المركز، الأجهزة والمعدات) تبعا لمتغير نوع المركز. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تزويد المراكز لذوي الإعاقة على اختلاف أنواعها بالوسائل الحديثة وذلك لتحسين مستوى الخدمة المقدمة لذوي الإعاقة.

The current study aimed to reveal the reality of the devices and equipment used in the process of vocational rehabilitation for people with motor disabilities from the point of view of workers in rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities in the central region. A scale was used to evaluate vocational rehabilitation services for people with mobility disabilities, and after conducting a statistical analysis process, the study reached the following results: The vocational rehabilitation services provided to people with motor disabilities in vocational rehabilitation centers in the central region from the beneficiaries' point of view came to a medium degree, and there are no significant differences Statistics in the total degree of the reality of the devices and equipment used in the vocational rehabilitation process for people with mobility disabilities from the point of view of workers in rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities in the middle region due to the governorate variable, and there are no statistically significant differences in the total degree of the reality of devices and equipment used in the process of vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities Mobility from the point of view of workers in rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities in the central region due to the variable of the type of the center, as There are no statistically significant differences in all dimensions (structure of vocational rehabilitation centers buildings and infrastructure, programs of vocational rehabilitation centers, assessment and diagnosis services, cadres and devices working in the center, devices and equipment) depending on the gender variable, and there are no statistically significant differences in all dimensions ( Structure of the buildings of vocational rehabilitation centers and infrastructure, programs of vocational rehabilitation centers, assessment and diagnosis services, cadres and devices working in the center, devices and equipment) according to the variable of the type of the center, The study recommended the necessity of providing centers for people with disabilities of all kinds with modern means in order to improve the level of service provided to people with disabilities
