المستخلص: 1-ما واقع ممارسة القيادات بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية؟ ٢-ما مستوى تطبيق القيادات بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية لمجالات الحوكمة الإدارية؟ ٣-هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين ممارسة نمط القيادة التحويلية ومستوى تطبيق الحوكمة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية؟ ٤-ما أثر ممارسة نمط القيادة التحويلية على مستوى تطبيق الحوكمة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية؟ 5-ما التصور المقترح لتطبيق الحوكمة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية في ضوء نظرية القيادة التحويلية؟ أهداف البحث: رصد مدى ممارسة القيادات بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية الخمس، ثم التعرف على مستوى تطبيق هؤلاء القادة لمجالات الحوكمة الإدارية، وبيان وجود علاقة بين ممارسة نمط القيادة التحويلية ومستوى تطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية، وكذا التعرف على أثر ممارسة نمط القيادة التحويلية على درجة تطبيق الحوكمة، ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح يتضمن آليات إجرائية لضمان تطبيق الحوكمة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية. منهج البحث: استخدم الباحث المنهج "الوصفي التحليلي". عينة البحث: تكونت من (٢١٩) من العاملين بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية. أداة الدراسة الميدانية: تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (٥٠) بندا في محورين رئيسين. نتائج الدراسة الميدانية: -القادة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية يمارسون أبعاد القيادة التحويلية بدرجة متوسطة. -القادة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية يطبقون مجالات الحوكمة بدرجة متوسطة. التوصيات: -وضع خطة طويلة الأجل لتطبيق الحوكمة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية. -تطوير التشريعات التي تعزز تطبيق الحوكمة بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية. -تطوير الهيكل الإداري والتنظيمي بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية.

The research problem: 1-What is the reality of leadership practice for transformational dimensions in educational directorates and departments? 2-What is the level of leadership application of the areas of administrative governance in educational directorates and departments? 3-Is there a correlation between the practice of | transformational leadership style and the level of a governance application in educational directorates and departments? 4-What is the impact of the practice of transformational leadership style on the level of governance application in educational directorates and departments? 5-What is the proposed scenario for applying governance in educational directorates and departments in light of the transformational leadership theory? The research objectives: Monitoring the extent to which leaders in educational directorates and departments practice the five dimensions of transformational leadership, then identifying the level of these leaders’ application of the areas of administrative governance, £ and showing the existence of a relationship between the practice of transformational leadership style and the level of administrative governance application, as well as identifying the impact of the practice of transformational leadership style on the degree of governance application. Then, a proposed scenario was developed that includes procedural mechanisms to ensure the implementation of governance. The methodology: The research has used the analytical descriptive method. The sample: The research sample consisted of (219) Employees in educational directorates and departments. The field study tool: A questionnaire decided into two major axes with (50) items. Findings: -Leaders in educational directorates and departments practice the dimensions of transformational leadership to a moderate degree. -Leaders in educational directorates and departments apply the areas of governance to a moderate degree. -Recommendations: -Develop a long-term plan to implement governance in educational directorates and departments. -Developing legislation that enhances the application of governance in educational directorates and departments. -Developing the administrative and organizational structure in the educational directorates and departments.
