المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني في مكاتب التعليم بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات، بالإضافة إلى تحديد المعوقات التي تواجه استخدام المشرفات التربويات في مكاتب التعليم للإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات، وتقديم المقترحات التي تفعل من استخدام المشرفات التربويات في مكاتب التعليم للإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة لجمع البيانات، والتي تكونت من (٣٦) عبارة مقسمة على ثلاثة محاور: (واقع الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني في مكاتب التعليم بمدينة الرياض، ومعوقات استخدام الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني بمكاتب التعليم بمدينة الرياض، ومقترحات تفعيل استخدام الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني في مكاتب التعليم بمدينة الرياض)، وتم تعميمها على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من جميع المشرفات التربويات في مكاتب تعليم مدينة الرياض والبالغ عددهن (٥٠٤) مشرفة تربوية، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (٢٢١) مشرفة تربوية ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بنسبة (٤٣%). بناء على تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى أن أفراد الدراسة موافقات بدرجة عالية على واقع الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني، مع وجود معوقات تحد من استخدام المشرفات التربويات للإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني بدرجة عالية، ومن أبرزها ضعف التجهيزات التقنية الخاصة بالمشرفات التربويات، وقلة البرمجيات المتخصصة لاستخدامها في الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني، وضعف تحفيز وتشجيع المشرفات التربويات لاستخدام الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أفراد الدراسة موافقين بدرجة عالية جدا على أن أهم مقترحات تفعيل استخدام الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني بمكاتب التعليم في مدينة الرياض تتلخص في التنسيق بين المدارس ومكاتب التعليم لتنفيذ الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني، وتدريب المشرفات التربويات على استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة بأمان، وتشجيعهن وتحفيزهن نحو أهمية ممارسة الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني، وتنمية اتجاهاتهن نحو استخدام أساليب إشرافيه تعتمد على المستحدثات التكنولوجية، وكذلك عقد دورات تدريبية للمشرفات التربويات حول آليات استخدام الإشراف الإلكتروني. علاوة على إعداد دليل للمشرفات التربويات يتضمن أهم آليات استخدام الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني والاستفادة من مزاياه.

The study aimed to identify the reality of e-educational supervision in Riyadh's educational offices from educational supervisors' perspectives. In addition to identifying the obstacles to educational supervisors' use in the educational offices for e-educational supervision from the point of view of educational supervisors, and to make suggestions that do from the use of educational. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used. The questionnaire was used as a study tool for data collection, which consisted of (36) phrases divided into three axes. - The reality of electronic educational supervision in the education offices in Riyadh city. - The obstacles to the use of electronic educational supervision in the offices of education in Riyadh. - The proposals to activate the use of electronic educational supervision in Riyadh's education offices. It was circulated to the study community consisting of all educational supervisors in the offices of the city of Riyadh, numbering (504) educational supervisors. The study sample included (221) supervisors 43% of the educational community is representative of the study community. Based on the data analysis, the study found that the study members agreed to a high degree on the reality of e-educational supervision, with obstacles limiting educational supervisors' use for electronic educational supervision to a high degree. Most notably, the lack of technical equipment for educational supervisors, the lack of specialized software for use in electronic educational supervision, and the poor motivation and encouragement of educational supervisors to use electronic supervision. In light of the results, the study also found that the study members agreed to a very high degree that the most important proposals to activate the use of electronic educational supervision in the education offices in Riyadh are summarized in the coordination between schools and education offices to implement electronic educational supervision, and to train the educational supervisors to safely use modern technological means, and to encourage and motivate them towards The importance of practicing electronic educational supervision, and developing their attitudes towards using supervisory methods that depend on technological innovations. And holding training courses for educational supervisors on the mechanisms of using electronic supervision and prepare a guide for educational supervisors that includes the most important mechanisms for using e-educational supervision and benefiting from its advantages.
