|b During the pandemic Covid19 crisis, questions and requests for information from governments have peaked day after day. This has prompted those responsible for health communication to transmit credible information to citizens to clarify all the ambiguities that can hinder the latter. For crisis communication to be effective, certain measures must be respected and put in place. As the choice of the appropriate channel for the transmission of information, the good formulation of the messages in order to reassure the population. But also, we must face the problems that can hinder this type of communication such as false information or circulating infox.
|d Durant la crise pandémique du Covid19, Les interrogations et les demandes d’informations auprès des gouvernements ont culminés jour après jour. Ce qui a poussé les responsables de communication sanitaire à transmettre des informations crédibles aux citoyens pour éclaircir toutes les ambiguïtés qui peuvent entraver cette dernière. Pour que la communication de crise soit efficace certaines mesures doivent être respectés et mises en place. Comme le choix du canal approprié pour la transmission des informations, la bonne formulation des messages en but de rassurer la population. Mais aussi, il faut faire face aux problèmes qui peuvent entraver ce type de communication telle que les fausses informations ou infox circulantes.
