المستخلص: من ألصق العلوم بالقرآن الكريم علم التفسير، وقواعد تفسير القرآن من أولى العلوم بالبحث عن أدلتها الشريفة ومواردها العزيزة ومظانها المستفيضة؛ وهو ما يتناوله هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى محاولة التوصل لتعريف جامع مانع لقواعد التفسير المتعلقة بعلوم القرآن، وتحرير القاعدة، وضم ما يحتاج لضم، ونشر ما يحتاج لنشر، وإضافة ما ظهر من القواعد والأمثلة، وبيان فائدة كل قاعدة بالتفصيل، وكيفية توظيفها. ويعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي النقدي، ويتكون من تمهيد: في تعريف قواعد علوم القرآن التفسيرية وبيان قواعده المتعلقة بنزول القرآن، وثلاثة مباحث، الأول: في أسباب النزول، والثاني: في المكي والمدني، والثالث: في الحروف والقراءات. وكان من أهم نتائجه: التوصل لتعريف جامع مانع لقواعد علوم القرآن التفسيرية بتوفيق الله، وتميز قواعد علوم القرآن التفسيرية بكونها قواعد محفوظه ضابطة لا يخرج عنها عمل المفسر بالأصالة، وأن قواعد التفسير هي حقيقة قواعد علوم القرآن التفسيرية، وأن من قواعد علوم القرآن التفسيرية ما هو قاعدة ترجيحية، وأن من قواعد علوم القرآن التفسيرية ما لا يتعلق بصلب التفسير مباشرة، وأن القواعد المتعلقة بالحروف والقراءات أكثر من غيرها.

Whoever attaches sciences to the Noble Qur’an is the science of interpretation, and the rules of interpretation of the Qur’an are among the first sciences to search for their honorable evidence, cherished resources, and extensive speculations. This is what this research deals with, which aims to try to reach a comprehensive definition of the rules of interpretation related to the sciences of the Qur’an, edit the rule, include what needs to be included, publish what needs to be published, add what appeared from the rules and examples, and explain the benefit of each rule in detail, and how to employ them. The research adopts the critical analytical approach, and it consists of a preface: in defining the rules of the Qur’an interpretive sciences and clarifying its rules related to the revelation of the Qur’an, and three sections, the first: on the reasons for revelation, the second: in Mecca and Medina, and the third: in letters and readings. One of the most important results: reaching a comprehensive definition of the rules of the Qur’an interpretive sciences, by the grace of God, and distinguishing the rules of the Qur’an interpretive sciences as being memorized rules that do not leave the work of the interpreter in originality, and that the rules of interpretation are the reality of the rules of the interpretive sciences of the Qur’an, and that among the rules of the Qur’an interpretive sciences is what is A preponderant rule, and that among the rules of the exegetical sciences of the Qur’an is what is not directly related to the core of the interpretation, and that the rules related to letters and readings are more than others.
