|b This paper traces customers’ attitudes toward digitalization of services. The purpose is to evaluate the approval of consumers for the use of digital banking services and to identify the factors that are decisive their adoption. The results of qualitative and quantitative studies, led us to conclude that clients adopt some tools based on cues such as time saving and simplicity, but still display an apprehension to the security.
