520 |a إن العنف بكل ما يحمل من معنى، وفي كل الحالات، ماديا كان أم لفظيا، قد يسبب للمرأة جرحاً مادياً أو معنوياً، جراء ممارسة قوة أو إكراه، أو لامبالاة، عن قصد أو عن غير قصد، بل قد يصل إلى أعلى درجات التعنيف مثل الاغتصاب، وسواء كانت هذه السلوكات من أقرب الناس كالزوج أو من غيره. وقد يخلف الاعتداء التعنيفي هذا آلاماً صدمية. لأن الاعتداء على الضحية في مثل هكذا عوامل، منفردة كانت أم مجتمعة معا، سيحدث هشاشة في نرجسية المرأة، ومن ثم اختلالا في شخصيتها. في دراستنا النفسية الإسقاطية، نتساءل عن طبيعة الملمح النفسومرضي لامرأة معنفة. سيما لحالة أم (36 سنة)، في وضعية إعاقة تقطن في منطقة ريفية بولاية قالمة، تعرضت لحالات اغتصاب، نجبت أطفالا غير شرعيين، ولم تتلق أدنى رعاية طبو-نفسو-اجتماعية. حيث سنحاول الكشف عن توظيفها النفسي من خلال تطبيق اختبار الرورشاخ. أبرزت النتائج أن المفحوصة حالة صدمية جراء فعل الاغتصاب، نرجسيتها القاعدية هشة، يبدو عليها مستوى من التخلف العقلي، واضطراب في مستوى التفكير. وعقلنة مرضية.  |b Violence in all its senses and in all cases, physical or verbal, can cause a physical or moral injury to a woman, because of the exercise of force, of coercion, or indifference, intentionally or not, but it can reach the level of extreme violence, such as rape, or those behaviors of the closest people, such as the husband or others. It can cause this violent aggression a traumatics pains. Because this abuse of the victim in such factors, individually or in combination, will result in a fragility of the narcissism of the woman and thus an imbalance of her personality. In our projective psychological study, we question the nature of the psychopathological profile of a beaten woman. In particular, a 36-year-old disabled mother in a rural area of wilaya of Guelma who was raped several times, gave birth to illegitimate children and received no medico psychological social care. We will try to detect her psychic functioning using the Rorschach test. The findings showed that the subject is in a traumatic state, caused by rape, her basal narcissism is fragile, seems to be mentally retarded, an unsatisfactory rationality and a disturbance of the level of thought.  |d La violence dans tous ses sens et dans tous les cas, physiques ou verbaux, peut causer un préjudice physique ou moral à une femme, du fait de l'exercice de la force, de la contrainte, ou de l'indifférence, intentionnellement ou non, mais elle peut atteindre un niveau de violence extrême, comme le viol, soit ces comportements des personnes les plus proches, tels que le mari ou d’autres. Elle peut causer cette agression violente des douleurs traumatiques. Parce que l'abus de la victime dans des facteurs pareils, individuellement ou en combinaison, entraînera une fragilité du narcissisme de la femme et donc un déséquilibre de sa personnalité. Dans notre étude psychologique projective, nous nous interrogeons sur la nature du profil psychopathologique d'une femme battue. En particulier, une mère de 36 ans, handicapée, dans une zone rurale de la wilaya de Guelma, qui a été violée plusieurs fois, a donné naissance à des enfants illégitimes et n’a reçu aucune prise en charge médicopsychologique- sociale. Nous allons essayer de détecter son fonctionnement psychique en utilisant le test de Rorschach. Les résultats ont montré que la sujette est dans un état traumatique, causé par le viol, son narcissisme basal est fragile, et semble présenter un retard mental, une rationalité non satisfaisante ainsi qu'un trouble du niveau de la pensée.
