المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق المعايير التربوية الخاصة بالرخصة المهنية (القيم والمسؤوليات المهنية، المعرفة المهنية، الممارسة المهنية) لدى المعلمين والمعلمات من وجهة نظر الإدارة المدرسية في المدارس الثانوية بمدينة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (218) مديرا ووكيلا بالمدارس الثانوية بمدينة جدة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة كأداة للحصول على استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق معيار القيم والمسؤوليات المهنية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات من وجهة نظر الإدارة المدرسية جاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة جدا، وبلغت الدرجة الكلية للاستجابات على هذا المحور 85%، وأن درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق معيار المعرفة المهنية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات جاء بدرجة موافقة كبيرة، وبلغت الدرجة الكلية للاستجابات على هذا المحور 81.8%، وأن درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة تطبيق معيار الممارسة المهنية لدى المعلمين والمعلمات جاءت بدرجة موافقة كبيرة، وبلغت الدرجة الكلية للاستجابات على هذا المحور 83.2%. كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في تطبيق المعايير التربوية الخاصة بالرخصة المهنية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغيري الجنس والمسمى الوظيفي.

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the educational standards of the professional license (professional values and responsibilities, professional knowledge, professional practice) among male and female teachers from the point of view of school administration in secondary schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The study followed the descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of (218) principals and agents in secondary schools in Jeddah, which were selected in a simple random way.. The study also relied on the questionnaire as the instrument to obtain the responses of the study participants. The study came out with the following results: The degree of participants' estimation to the degree of applying the standard of professional values and responsibilities of teachers came with a very high level of agreement and the total degree of responses on this axis reached 85%. The degree of participants' appreciation to the degree of applying the standard of professional knowledge for male and female teachers came with a high level of approval and the total degree of the responses to this axis reached 81.8%. The degrees of participants' appreciation to the degree of applying the professional practice standard for male and female teachers came with a high level of approval and the total degree of the responses to this axis reached 83.2%. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in the differences in the application of educational standards for professional licensing among male and female teachers from the point of view of the study sample members according to the variables of gender and job title.
