|a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر تطبيق التمكين الإداري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لدى المؤسسة الأمنية الفلسطينية، واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمعها من منتسبي الأجهزة الأمنية الفلسطينية جميعهم بمحافظة رام الله والبيرة والبالغ عددهم (1200) منتسبا، ومنهم تكونت عينة الدراسة الكلية البالغة (300) مبحوثا. وتم اختيار أفراد العينة بطريقة العينة البسيطة، واستخدم الباحثان الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم استخدام أساليب إحصائية عدة، أهمها: المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعامل الارتباط (بيرسون). وكان من أهم نتائج البحث، أن مستوى تطبيق التمكين الإداري في المؤسسة الأمنية الفلسطينية بدرجة متوسطة، وأنه يوجد أثر لتطبيق التمكين الإداري في المؤسسة الأمنية الفلسطينية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة، أن تعمل المؤسسة الأمنية الفلسطينية على تعميق تطبيق التمكين الإداري.
|b The aim of this research is to identify the impact of the application of administrative empowerment in achieving sustainable development for the Palestinian security institution. The research adopted the descriptive-analytical approach. The research community consisted of all the employees of the Palestinian security services in the Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate, totaling 1200 employees. The sample of the study consisted of 300 respondents. The sample members were selected in a simple sampling method, and the researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Several statistical methods were used, the most important of which are: Arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. One of the most important results of the research was that the level of application of administrative empowerment in the Palestinian security institution is at a medium degree. There is an effect of applying administrative empowerment in the Palestinian security institution in achieving sustainable development. One of the most important research recommendations is that the Palestinian security institution has to deepen the application of administrative empowerment.
