المستخلص: يعتبر منهج "التفكير التصميم (Design thinking) أحد الأساليب المبتكرة حديثا في المناجمنت داخل المؤسسات، والذي يرتبط بالإبداع وكيفية إدارة المشاريع الآنية التي تواجهها المؤسسات في الحياة اليومية. نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة الوقوف عند مفهوم هذا المنهج وأدواته التي جعلت منه وسيلة مناسبة للعمل داخل كل أنواع المؤسسات (التجارية، الصناعية، التعليمية، الثقافية..) بما في ذلك المكتبات، ثم محاولة تكييفه في المكتبات العمومية بالجزائر وذلك من خلال الإشارة إلى التحديات التي توجيهها على المستوى السياسي – القانوني، الاقتصادي، الممارسات (التصورات)، التكوين، تجعل منه فرصة لها من أجل إحداث التغيير، والبحث عن التجديد في الممارسات بعيدا عن التقليد.

Design thinking" has become one of the most innovative methods in the field of management within every institution. It is related to creativity and how to manage innovative projects that institutions have to face in everyday life. In this research, we try to understand this new concept and the tools that have made it an appropriate one that may perfectly fit within all types of institutions (commercial, industrial, educational, cultural ...) including libraries. We will try to adopt this concept in public libraries in Algeria and see what type of challenges need to be addressed at various levels including legislation, practices (perceptions), trainings in order to make “design thinking” an opportunity for them to bring out all the necessary changes, and encourage creative thinking in library management.

En ternie de management, le « design thinking » se situe dans un cadre bien précis, celui de mettre en œuvre des projets innovants dans la gestion quotidienne des institutions. Nous allons essayer, à travers cette contribution, de situer les contours de ce nouveau concept et les outils utilisés qui permettent son adaptation et son fonctionnement dans tous les types d’organismes [commerciales, industrielles, éducatives, culturelles...) et pour ce qui nous intéresse les bibliothèques. Pour se faire, nous allons essayer de mettre en évidence ce concept face aux difficultés rencontrées par les bibliothèques publiques en Algérie tant sur le plan politique - juridique, économique que dans la pratique bibliothéconomique et voir dans quelle mesure le «design thinking» peut apporter des changements, inciter à la recherche de la créativité, loin de la gestion traditionnelle à laquelle sont habituées ces bibliothèques.
