الغرض الرئيسي من هذا البحث هو دراسة دور إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال في إقامة مرتكزات التصنيع الرشيق، وقد تمثلت مشكلة البحث عبر التساؤلات المطروحة بشأن مدى علاقة وتأثير تطبيق إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال بمرتكزات التصنيع الرشيق في الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم اختبار فرضيتين رئيسيتين وأخرى فرعية. طبق البحث على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (٣٨) شخصا من العاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (spss). واهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هنالك حاجة لقيام الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف لمراجعة الهيكل التنظيمي وتعديله دوريا وبشكل منهجي ومدروس ليكون اكثر استجابة لمتطلبات إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف بحاجة إلى زيادة الاهتمام في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمواكبة للتطورات التكنولوجيا في البيئة المحيطة والتي يمكن أن تقلص العمليات الرقابية الإدارية والمالية، وأيضا من نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية واثر معنوي بين أبعاد إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال وأبعاد مرتكزات التصنيع الرشيق مجتمعة ومنفردة في الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف، في حين أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام إدارة الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف بتبني هياكل تنظيمية تساعد على إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال والتطوير في العمل وبما يخدم تحقيق متطلبات مرتكزات التصنيع الرشيق، وأيضا ضرورة أن تقوم إدارة الشركة العامة لصناعة الإطارات في النجف الأشرف بالسعي إلى تحقيق وقت الإعداد الصفري من خلال اعتماد عاملين يمتلكون المعرفة والخبرة والمهارة وبالتالي تحقيق اهم أهداف مرتكزات التصنيع الرشيق.
The main purpose of this research is to study Role of Business Process Reengineering in Establishing of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals ,The problem of research was through questions about the extent of relation and effect Application of business process reengineering to the Establishing of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals In General Company for tire industry in Najaf ,To achieve the objectives and another sub of the research has been tested two main hypothesis. The research conducted on a random sample of (38) persons working in General Company for tire industry in Najaf ,The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The most important results are research There is a need for the General Company for tire industry in Najaf to review the organizational structure and modify it periodically and systematically and thoughtful to be more responsive to the requirements of business process reengineering, The results showed that the General Company for tire industry in Najaf needs to increase the interest in the use of information technology and keep abreast of technological developments in the environment, which could reduce the administrative and financial control. The results of the study also showed a strong positive correlation between the dimensions of Business Process Reengineering and dimensions Establishing of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals together and separately in the General Company for tire industry in Najaf. The study recommended that the management of the General Company for Tire Industry in Najaf adopt organizational structures that help to re-engineer the business processes and development in the work in order to serve the requirements of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals, and the need for the management of the General Company for tire industry in Najaf to seek time Zero preparation through the adoption of workers who have the knowledge, experience and skill and thus achieve the most important goals of Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals.
