المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه طلبة كلية التربية عدن في أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني في مدارس محافظة عدن، والتعرف على مدى اختلاف هذه المشكلات باختلاف التخصص، الجنس، والمدرسة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، أعدت الباحثة استبانة شملت على (40) عبارة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: مرفق المدرسة وتجهيزاتها، وإدارة المدرسة والمشرف الجامعي، وطلبة المدرسة المتعاونة والمعلم المتعاون، ومهارات التدريس، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) طالبا من الطلبة المعلمين المتدربين في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة عدن للفصل الدراسي الأول من العام (2020- 2021 م)، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، أشارت النتائج إلى أن المشكلات التي واجهت طلبة كلية التربية عدن في أثناء تدريبهم الميداني مشكلات رئيسة، وجاءت ضمن مجالات الدراسة بالترتيب: مشكلات مرفق المدرسة وتجهيزاتها حصلت على المرتبة الأولى (مشكلات رئيسة) ومشكلات مهارات التدريس في المرتبة الثانية (مشكلات رئيسة)، ومشكلات طلبة المدرسة المتعاونة والمعلم المتعاون (مشكلات رئيسية)، حصلت على المرتبة الثالثة، ومشكلات إدارة المدرسة المتعاونة والمشرف الجامعي حصلت على المرتبة الرابعة (مشكلات ثانوية)، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في مشكلات التدريب الميداني تعزى للمدرسة والنوع، بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في مشكلات التدريب تعزى للتخصص ولصالح قسم الأحياء، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The study aims to identify the problems that face the students of the faculty of Education/ Aden during the field training at the schools of Aden Governorate, and to identify the extent of these problems according to the different of specializations, sex, and school. In order to achieve the aim of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that included (40) statements distributed among four fields: the school facility and its equipment, the school management and the university supervisor, the students and the teacher of cooperative school, and the teaching skills. the study sample consist of (80) of the trainee students' teachers at the general education schools in Aden Governorate, the first academic term of 2020-2021. And after processing the data statistically, the results showed that the problems which faced the students of the Faculty of Education Aden during their field training were main problems, and happened to come the field of the study as order: the problems of school facility and its equipment the first grade (main problems), the problems of teaching skills in the second grade (main problems), and the problems of the students and the teacher of cooperative school (main problems), the third grade the problem of the management of the cooperative school and the university supervisor, got the fourth grade (secondary problems), and the results showed that there were no differences of statistic sign at the level of (0.05) in the problems of field training need the school and type. Whereas there were differences of statistic sign on the level (0.05) in the training problems need specialization and for the biology section, and on the light of the study result, the researcher presents a number of recommendations and suggestions.
