|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى (بناء أداة للاحتياجات التدريبية للتدريسيين في كليات التربية في ضوء مستجدات تكنولوجيا التعليم)، وتمثل مجتمع البحث الأصلي (523) تدريسي وتدريسية من كليات التربية في جامعة البصرة، وكانت عينة البحث الاستطلاعية (100) تدريسي وتدريسية، وبلغت عينة البحث (400) تدريسي وتدريسية، واختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، وتمثلت أداة البحث بالاستبانة وبلغت عدد فقراتها (50) فقرة وأستخرج الباحثان صدقها وثباتها، واعتمدت الوسائل الإحصائية الآتية: النسبة المئوية، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، الاختبار التائي) وتوصل البحث إلى: بناء استبانة حدد فيها أهم الاحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، إن أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات التربية بجامعة البصرة بحاجة إلى التدريب على استخدام الحاسوب.
|b The current research aimed to build a tool for the training needs of teachers in the college of education in the light of developments in educational technology. It represented the original research community of (523) male and female teachers from the faculties of education at the University of Basra. The exploratory research sample was (100) male and female teachers. The research sample reached (400) teachers, chosen randomly. The research tool was represented by the questionnaire, and the number of its paragraphs was (50). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The questionnaire identified the most important training needs of faculty members in the colleges of education at the University of Basra in the use of computers.
