المستخلص: تعد ظاهرة الإجهاد النفسي من المشاكل الرئيسة التي يعاني منها التدريسيون أثناء أدائهم لواجبهم المهني مما قد يكون له الأثر السلبي على حياتهم النفسية والاجتماعية والأكاديمية وقد أستعمل بعض الباحثين مصطلح الإجهاد للتعبير عن ظاهرة الضغط النفسي باعتبار أن دوام الضغط وعدم التصدي له يؤدي بالضرورة إلى الإنهاك النفسي، ومن هنا تأسس التساؤل الآتي: ما مدى درجة الإجهاد النفسي لدى التدريسيات المتزوجات وغير المتزوجات؟ وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة الإجهاد النفسي لدى تدريسيات جامعة القادسية. استعملت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، اشتملت عينة البحت على (١٠٠) تدريسية تم اختيارهن باستخدام الأسلوب العشوائي، تم إعداد مقياس الإجهاد النفسي ليلائم الفئة المستهدفة حيت يتكون هذا المقياس من ستة وثلاثين فقرة، خماسي البدائل، ومن نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات التدريسيات المتزوجات من أفراد العينة ومتوسط درجات التدريسيات الغير متزوجات من نفس العينة عند مستوى دلالة (٠,٠٥)، ومن ثم خرج البحث بمجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات.

The phenomenon of psychological stress is one of the main problems faced by the teaching staff While performing their professional duties, which may have a negative impact on their psychological, social and academic life Some researchers have used the term stress to express the phenomenon of psychological stress Considering that persistence of stress and failure to address it necessarily leads to psychological exhaustion, Hence, the following question was established: What is the degree of psychological stress among married and unmarried female teachers? The aim of the research is to identify the degree of psychological stress among the female teachers of Al-Qadisiyah University. The two researchers used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the research, the research sample included (100) teachers who were selected using the random method from the teaching staff of Al-Qadisiyah University for the faculties and departments of science and humanity. The research sample included (100) teachers who were selected using the random method.The psychological stress scale was prepared to suit the target group, as this scale consists of thirty-six items, five alternatives, and from the results of the research there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of female teachers married to members of the sample and the average scores of unmarried female teachers from the same sample at a level of significance (0 05), and then the research came out with a set of proposals and recommendations
