المستخلص: The strategic choices for teaching French as a foreign language in Algeria pay no attention to the positive impact the oral practice may have on the learner. In fact, scientific research has demonstrated that, through the situation of learning oral communication, learners acquire new habits that match their needs. This new didactic orientation also requires the teacher to be deeply engaged in a close-up process based on his major concerns regarding new classroom practices. This new approach opens up promising prospects for the learner's possibility to appropriate language abilities relevant to different communication situations. It should be noted that the oral teaching in this context suggests activities dedicated to the oral and includes the appropriate content submitted for evaluation.

En Algérie, les choix stratégiques en matière d’enseignement du FLE ne se préoccupent guère de l’impact positif que peut avoir la pratique de l’oral sur l’apprenant. D’ailleurs, les travaux scientifiques attestent que les apprenants, en situation d’apprentissage de la communication orale, acquièrent de nouvelles habitudes conformes à leurs besoins. Cette nouvelle orientation didactique impose à l’enseignant à s’impliquer fortement dans un processus de formation de proximité qui s’articule autour de ses préoccupations majeures ayant trait aux nouvelles pratiques de classe. Cette nouvelle approche ouvre des perspectives prometteuses quant à la possibilité pour l’apprenant de s’approprier des capacités langagières en rapport avec les différentes situations de communication. Faut-il rappeler que l’enseignement de l’oral en contexte propose des activités dédiées à l’oral et intègre des contenus appropriés soumis à l’évaluation.
