المستخلص: المحافظة على الأمانة العلمية تعد الركيزة الأولى لتطوير البحث العلمي، إذ عدم الأخذ بها تصبح الأبحاث متشابهة ولا مجال لتطوره نظرا "لسرقة أفكار أو كتابات الآخرين". ولذلك، يحمي القانون الإنتاج الفكري الذي يتوصل إليه المؤلف بشكل معبر عنه ماديا. ومن ثم، تتجلى الحماية القانونية هنا في التعبير المادي، أما الفكرة المجردة لا معنى لها في هذا المجال. وأضحت هذه الحماية على المستويين الدولي بواسطة الاتفاقيات الدولية، والوطني عن طريق سن العديد من النصوص القانونية. ذلك ما حاولنا ملامسته من خلال التشريع الجزائري على نحو يجعل من هذا الموضوع الركيزة التي ينبغي أن يتحلى بها كل باحث، وذلك للمحافظة على البحث العلمي النزيه والقيم المفدي إلى التطور والحلول المرجوة.

The preservation of scientific integrity is the first pillar of the development of scientific research, because otherwise the different researches become similar and cannot be developed because of the "theft of ideas or writings of others". The Act therefore protects the intellectual production affected by the author in a material way. Thus, legal protection is reflected here in material expression, and the abstract idea is, on the other hand, meaningless in this area. This protection is ensured at the international level by international conventions and, at the domestic level, by the adoption of numerous legal texts. This is what we have tried to address, through Algerian legislation, in order to make this subject the basis of the work of each researcher, in order to preserve a fair and valiant scientific research that is conducive to development and solutions.

La préservation de l’intégrité scientifique est le premier pilier du développement de la recherche scientifique, car à défaut les différentes recherches deviennent similaires et ne peut pas être développé en raison du "vol des idées ou des écrits des autres". La Loi protège donc la production intellectuelle atteinte par l’auteur de manière matérielle. Ainsi, la protection juridique se reflète ici dans l’expression matérielle, et l’idée abstraite est, par contre, vide de sens dans ce domaine. Cette protection est assurée au niveau international par des conventions internationales et, à l’échelle interne, par l’adoption de nombreux textes juridiques. C’est ce que nous avons essayé d’aborder, par le biais de la législation algérienne, de manière à faire de ce sujet la base des travaux de chaque chercheur, afin de préserver une recherche scientifique équitable et valeureuse qui est propice au développement et aux solutions.
