يهدف البحث على تحديد الفجوة بين الواقع الحالي للجودة وما مطلوب من المدارس الأهلية مواصفات الجودة وفق المواصفة العالمية (ISO 9001: 2015) وفقا للمحاور الآتية (القيادة، التخطيط، الدعم، التشغيل، تقييم الأداء، التحسين). تمثلت مشكلة البحث بالتساؤل الآتي "ما مدى تطبيق المدارس الأهلية معايير الجودة الخاصة بالمواصفة العالمية" (ISO 9001: 2015) ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كذلك قامت الباحثة ببناء قائمة فحص وفق على محاور البحث توصل البحث إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: ١- ضعف وعي الملاكات التربوية والتعليمية في المدارس الأهلية بأهمية تطبيق أنظمة الجودة ومنها المواصفة العالمية للجودة (ISO 9001) 2- يتضح من تحليل سياق المدرسة هناك تحديد واضح للعمليات الداخلية والخارجية من قبل المدارس الأهلية وذلك لعلاقته بأهداف والتوجهات الاستراتيجية، رغم عدم تبنيها لمتطلبات (ISO 9001)، مما أدى إلى ضعف في تحديد المتطلبات غير القابلة للتطبيق، فضلا عن الحفاظ على استمرارية نظام الجودة وتطويره وبناء على استنتاجات البحث قدمت الباحثة التوصيات الآتية 1- تبني المدارس الأهلية معايير المواصفة العالمية للجودة (ISO 90010) في مراحل التعليم المختلفة. 2- الأخذ بمعايير وتطبيقات وتعليمات المواصفة الدولية للجودة كأسلوب لعملية الإشراف والمتابعة. 3- حث الملاكات التربوية والتعليمية في المدارس الأهلية على الحصول شهادة المواصفات العالمية للجودة (ISO 90010). 4- استحداث وحدة للجودة ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للمدارس الأهلية.

The problem of the research by asking the following question, the extent to which good private schools apply the international standard (ISO 9001: 2015)), and to achieve the goal of the research by examining the researcher the descriptive analytical approach, as well as the researcher building a checklist (check it) on the research axes. The research reached the following introduction: 1- Weak awareness of the educational staff in private schools of the importance of implementing quality systems, including the international quality standard (ISO 9001). 2- It is clear from the analysis of the school context that there is a clear identification of the internal and external processes by the private schools, due to its relationship to the objectives and strategic directions, and the schools’ failure to adopt the requirements of (ISO 9001), as well as a weakness in identifying the non-viable requirements, as well as maintaining the continuity and development of the system Based on the research findings, the researcher made the following recommendations: 1- Private schools adopt the standards of the international quality standard (ISO 90010) in the different stages of education. 2- Adopting the standards, applications and instructions of the international quality standard as an alternative method for the supervision and follow-up process. 3- Urging the educational staff in private schools to obtain the International Quality Standard Certificate (ISO 90010). 4- Creating a quality unit within the organizational structure of private schools.
