المستخلص: مما لا شك فيه أن الظروف التي يمر بها المجتمع المصري الآن تختلف اختلافا جوهريا عن تلك التي عاش فيها أو تأثر بها في فترات سابقة، ولعل أبرز تلك التحديات حاليا التوجه نحو التطرف ورفض الآخر، وهي من المشكلات الخطيرة التي بدأت تفرض نفسها وبقوه على الساحة المصرية، وننتشر بين قطاعات عريضة من المجتمع خاصة فئات الشباب لتهدد أمن وسلامة الوطن ككل بصورة تدعو إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بها والتعرف على أسبابها واتجاه الأفراد نحوها؛ حيث يفترض على كل مؤسسات المجتمع الحكومية والأهلية التجديد ومسايرة العصر والعمل علي حفظ النسيج الوطني، وتنمية ثقافه تقبل الآخر والتعايش معه. ومن ثم فإننا بحاجة إلى رؤية أكثر تجمعا وجدية؛ من أجل تحقيق عدد من عناصر النجاح ومقاومة التعصب والتطرف، ورفض الآخر بكافة أشكاله، ومن هنا ينبغي أن نمتلك الوسائل المناسبة من أجل هذه الغاية، وذلك من خلال دعم البرامج والمشروعات التي تهيئ لنشر ثقافة قبول الآخر والتعايش السلمي بين كافه أفراد المجتمع، ودعم جهود المؤسسات الدينية، والتعاون المشترك بينها وبين المؤسسات الأهلية في سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف؛ ولذلك فقد استهدف البحث الراهن التعرف علي الواقع الفعلي للشراكة بين المؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية في تنمية ثقافة قبول الأخر.

There is no doubt that the conditions that Egyptian society is going through now are fundamentally different from those in which they lived or were affected by them in previous periods. Perhaps the most prominent challenges now are the orientation towards extremism and the rejection of the other, which is one of the serious problems that began to impose itself strongly on the Egyptian arena and spread between Broad sectors of society, especially youth groups, threaten the security and safety of the nation as a whole, in a way that calls for attention to them and to identify their causes and the direction of individuals towards them, as all governmental and civil society institutions are required to renew and keep pace with the times and work to preserve the national fabric and develop a culture that accepts the other and coexists with it. We need a more serious and collected vision in order to achieve a number of elements of success and to resist intolerance and extremism and to reject the other in all its forms, and from here we should have the appropriate means for this purpose by supporting programs and projects that prepare for the spread of the culture of acceptance of the other and peaceful coexistence among all members of society and support The efforts of religious institutions and joint cooperation between them and civil institutions in order to achieve this goal. Therefore, the current research aimed to identify the actual reality of the partnership between governmental and civil institutions in developing a culture of acceptance of others.
