المستخلص: تشكل الإحصائيات مصدر اهتمام دائم للسلطات العمومية باعتبارها سمة من سمات السيادة الوطنية. وفي إطار الإقرار بأهمية البيانات الإحصائية والاعتراف بمنفعتها العمومية ومساهمة منا في محو الأمية الإحصائية المتفشية في المجتمع، نود من خلال هذا العمل وبإتباع المنهج الوصفي توضيح منهجية تحضير وتنفيذ النشاطات الإحصائية في الجزائر، وليكن كمثال عن ذلك، آخر مسح وطني حول الشغل لدى الأسر (أفريل 2019). بفضل هذا التحقيق الدائم بالعينة الذي ينفذ ميدانيا مرتين في السنة من طرف الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات، يمكن معرفة القوى العاملة والحركية المهنية والبطالة، ومن ثمة معرفة واقع سوق العمل ومميزاته، لا سيما وأن غاية التنمية ليس إلا تحقيق الرفاه للساكنة، ومن المفيد تقييم هذه التنمية بالنسبة لأهدافها. إن التصور الاقتصادي للتنمية هو الذي كان وما يزال مهيمنا حتى الساعة، وبالتالي فإن استخدام المؤشرات مثل حجم العمالة، مستواها وبنيتها وحجم البطالة ومعدلها وخصائص المشتغلين والبطالين... أمر ضروري. يعتبر هذا المسح سندا لمختلف الإحصاءات الرامية إلى تنمية مستدامة وهو بذلك يعد إحدى دعامات المنظومة الإحصائية.

Statistics are a constant source of interest for public authorities being considered as a feature of national sovereignty. And in the context of recognizing the importance of statistical data and the recognition of its public benefit and also in our contribution of the eradication of statistical illiteracy that is so spread in the society. Through this work, and following a descriptive approach, we would like to clarify the methodology for preparing and implementing statistical activities in Algeria, and to take as an example, the latest national survey on employment within families (April 2019). Through this permanent ongoing survey sample, which is carried out in the field twice a year by the National Bureau of Statistics, it is possible to know the workforce, occupational mobility, and unemployment, And from there knowing the reality of the labor market and its characteristics, especially since the goal of development is nothing but the achievement of the well-being of the population, and the usefulness to evaluate this development in relation to its objectives. The economic conception of development is the one that has been and still dominates until now, therefore the use of indicators such as the volume of employment, its level and structure, the size and rate of unemployment, and the characteristics of the employed and the unemployed ... is a necessity. This survey is considered as a support for the various statistics that aim to a sustainable development, and thus it represents one of the pillars of the statistical system.
