المستخلص: ومما سبق يتضح أن هناك تأثير سلبي لارتفاع درجة الحرارة الخارجية على الأداء البدني، فارتفاع درجة الحرارة الخارجية تؤثر سلبيا على الأداء البدني، حيث تعد ارتفاع درجة حرارة الجو المحيطة بالإنسان من أهم وأخطر المشاكل التي يواجهها الجسم البشرى، حيث تتأثر أجهزة الجسم فسيولوجيا بارتفاع درجة الحرارة ويكون أهم مظاهرة ارتفاع درجة حرارة الجسم وكذلك العرق الغزير الذي يضعف السم ويعوق الأداء البدني. وقد تتوصل هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بعض الخصائص الفسيولوجية والبدنية المميزة للاعبي كرة القدم بمحافظة الوادي الجديد (جو حار) والتي قد تساعد في الانتقاء وبالتالي توفير الوقت والجهد والمال في إعداد وتدريب فرق كرة القدم بالمحافظة ومقارنتها بالخصائص الفسيولوجية والبدنية المميزة للاعبي كرة القدم بمحافظة الغربية على اعتبار أنها (جو معتدل). يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير الجو الحار والمعتدل على بعض المتغيرات الفسيولوجية والبدنية لدي لاعبي كرة القدم. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (أسلوب المسح) نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة وهدف الدراسة، يشتمل مجتمع البحث على لا عبى كرة القدم والمشاركين في مسابقات الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم في الموسم الرياضي ٢٠٢٠/٢٠١٩م بمحافظتي الوادي الجديد (جو حار) ومحافظة الغربية (جو معتدل). وتوصلت أهم نتائج البحث إلى أنه حدث زيادة في متغير (نبض المجهود، القدرة) للاعبي كرة القدم بمحافظة الوادي الجديد نتيجة إقامتهم بالجو الحار عن لا عبى كرة القدم بمحافظة الغربية نتيجة إقامتهم في الجو المعتدل. كما حدث نقص في متغير (الحد الأقصى لاستهلاك الأكسجين، تحمل السرعة، السرعة الانتقالية) للاعبي كرة القدم بمحافظة الوادي الجديد نتيجة إقامتهم بالجو الحار عن لا عبى كرة القدم بمحافظة الغربية نتيجة إقامتهم في الجو المعتدل.

From the above it is clear that there is a negative effect of the high external temperature on the physical performance, as the increase in the external temperature negatively affects the physical performance, as the high temperature of the atmosphere surrounding the human being is one of the most important and most dangerous problems that the human body faces, as the body systems are physiologically affected by the high temperature. The most important demonstration is high body temperature, as well as profuse sweating that weakens the body and impedes physical performance. This study may be able to identify some of the physiological and physical characteristics of football players in the New Valley Governorate (hot weather), which may help in the selection and thus save time, effort and money in preparing and training football teams in the governorate and comparing them with the physiological and physical characteristics of football players in the Gharbia governorate on Considering it (a moderate atmosphere). The research aims to identify the effect of hot and temperate weather on some physiological and physical variables of soccer players. The descriptive approach (survey method) was used due to its relevance to the nature and purpose of the study. The research community includes football players and participants in the Egyptian Football Association competitions in the 2019/2020 sports season in the New Valley governorates (hot weather) and Gharbia governorate (moderate atmosphere). The most important results of the research concluded that there was an increase in the variable (pulse of effort, ability) for football players in the New Valley Governorate, as a result of their stay in the hot weather, compared to football players in the Gharbia Governorate, as a result of their stay in a moderate climate. There has also been a shortage of a variable (the maximum oxygen consumption, endurance, velocity, and transition velocity) for football players in the New Valley Governorate as a result of their stay in hot weather for football players in Gharbia Governorate, as a result of their stay in the temperate climate.
