المستخلص: Theatrical sketch: "An analytical study of some short school play texts" -The problem of the study: The problem of the study could be determined in the following main question: How to employ sketch in the School Theatre Contests? -The Aims of the study: The study aims to identify: -Explanation of the most important issues and topics covered in theatrical sketches sample study. Find out the types of guiding sketches. -The Kind of the Study: This study belongs to the descriptive method. The tools of the study: Content analysis. -The sample of the study: The sample of the study consisted of a group of sketches that were presented in the final children's festival of the 2018-2019 competition in Qalyubia and Cairo governorates, They were six sketches from the educational departments participating in the festival and are considered closer to achieve the objectives of the study. -The Study Methodology: Descriptive Method. - The study results: the results showed that: - The group of sketches employed in the school theater competitions of the receiving child awakened some important issues and contents that were mentioned in the theatrical sketches, which came to address various issues that prevailed in Egyptian society. - All sketches are inspired by everyday life situations, and different comic scenarios are drawn from those regular situations.
