هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على "دور القصد الاستراتيجي في بناء التميز التنظيمي الإداري" للجامعات المصرية. استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذا الغرض، واعتمد قائمة الاستقصاء كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وبلغ حجم المجتمع (١٩٦)، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (١٥٢)، بنسبة استرداد (78%)، كما تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) كحزمة إحصائية لإدخال ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين القصد الاستراتيجي وبناء التميز التنظيمي الإداري، وأن المتوسط الحسابي يساوي (3.046)، يشير ذلك لوجود درجة مرتفعة من الموافقة على فقرات المجال لذلك يعتبر ذلك المجال دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) من قبل أفراد مجتمع البحث. أهم التوصيات التي قدمتها الدراسة: -تعميق وعي المديرين العاملين بالجامعات لمهارة القصد الاستراتيجي والاهتمام بطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين القصد الاستراتيجي ودوره في بناء التميز التنظيمي الإداري في الجامعات. -السعي لرفع مستوى مهارات وخبرات القادة القائمين بالعمل الإداري في الجامعات محل الدراسة.
This study aimed to identify the "role of strategic intent in building organizational and administrative excellence" for Egyptian universities. The descriptive analytical method was used for this purpose, and the survey list was adopted as a main tool for data collection, and the size of the community reached (196), and the study sample reached (152), with a recovery rate of (78%), and the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used as a statistical package for data entry, processing and analysis. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation between the strategic intent and the building of organizational and administrative excellence, and that the arithmetic average is equal to (3.046), this indicates a high degree of approval of the paragraphs of the field, so this field is considered statistically significant at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) by individuals research community. The most important recommendations made by the study: - Deepening the awareness of university managers of the skill of strategic intent and paying attention to the nature of the relationship between strategic intent and its role in building organizational and administrative excellence in universities. -Seeking to raise the level of skills and experiences of leaders in administrative work in the universities under study.
